I stood in front of the waterfall with the mysterious girl.

"So your paradise is...?" The calming sound of the waterfall seemed to soothe my mind a little.

"Beyond this point," She began to climb up to a gap between the falls and the rocks. "Is where my saviour is."

"Girl, you're freaking me out." I stated as she reached her goal and stood up with confidence. "Do you want to come with me or not?" She said in a rather irritated tone. "If not, you're free to recede to where the source of your pain lies."

I raised a brow at her. "How do I know you're not just fribbling?"

She offered a hand and smiled. "I don't like to waste time, either you take it, or go."

I looked at her and looked back at the flowing stream and at the -probably insane- girl.

"Is there any way back if I go?" I asked her. She looked a little pained, but wiped the expression in a second. "Yes, there is a way."

I took her and and climbed up, and she led me inside the waterfall.

"How am I certain you aren't a gruesome murderer who likes to kill troubled teenagers for fun?" I suddenly questioned.

She just chuckled at the thought of it and said, "How could I possibly harm you? I'm not armed, short, small and I look weak. I should be the one asking you."

"I don't hit girls." I told her, "But I do hit on them."

She turned around with a face that said, 'bitch, please' and continued to walk.

"How far is this so called paradise?" I asked her, "And what kind of paradise is it? How do you know of this paradise, do you live there?" She burst out laughing. "What...?"

"How long to you intend to interrogate me? Just be patient. You do realize you ask a lot of questions." She just kept walking cautiously, lighting the way with her candle lit lamp.

"I do?"

She was silent this time, raising a finger to hush me.

"Stay here for a minute." She whispered. She walked towards... a dead end.

She knocked two times and rubbed the huge rock thrice. The rock suddenly banged twice, along with grunts as the rock started to move.

The girl took a step back and looked at me. "At least try to be nice, okay?" She took my hand looked at me in the eye.

"Trust me, or not?"

I gently held her hand in return and smirked. "We'll see. But for now, I trust you."

The boulder finally moved out of the way revealing three, smiling, buff men.

"Welcome back-" The men stopped as they saw me, holding her hand.

"I'm back." She smiled. "I brought back a guest. Pocapell, I know you're there, please rush home and notify the savior."

A petite, young girl got out of a corner, smiling at the girl next to me.

"Okay!" She ran, in sonic speed further into the cave but came back almost immediately. "I'm sorry, I forgot. The saviors haven't returned from their journey."

"I see. Well then." She dragged me inside, smiling. "Let's get you to eat first, you must be starving."

"Thanks." The four sighed in relief for whatever reason there may be.

"Don't worry, he doesn't know of this place. Until now, of course." She smiled and nodded at the men. "I think it's appropriate to close the exit."

The men sealed it and went back to their positions but the redhead didn't look satisfied. She raised a brow at them.

"Oh!" They all bowed down in unison. "Welcome and welcome back to Aemgipia, young man and miss."

"It doesn't matter if I trust them or if the Saviors don't, you must always be welcoming and you know it." She sighed. "Thank you. I hope you aren't too tired?"

"Miss, we were born for this job. We can handle it." One of the men smiled.

She returned the kind gesture and stole a glace at me and looked a little alarmed but wiped it off. "I'll send your dinners once I arrive home." She nodded and they bowed down as we left with the little girl named Pocapell.

"It's weird to stare." She looked at me, and I just realized I've been staring at her since we arrived. I felt my cheeks heat up and looked away.

"I'm sorry, Its just..." I looked back at her and said, "You seem like you are in a higher position than anyone else here." I scratched the back of my neck and noticed my hands began to sweat.

"How long do we have to hold hands?" I asked her, which this time made her blush and immediately let go.

"S-sorry... I just wanted you safe." She stuttered a little, flustered.

"Miss, you're earlier than usual." Pocapell broke the silence after a while of walking.

"I found this guy walking about and decided to bring him here." She simply stated.

I later began to see the ending of the cave. There were lights and as we got closer, it seemed like a festival.

People selling food, people dancing, though it looked small, it felt big.

Some noticed Pocapell and the girl next to me and bowed, and I received stares and questioning looks.

We arrived at a mansion. I was pretty shocked, but kept my cool.

"Welcome back, Miss, Young miss. Is he a guest? Welcome good sir." Two maids smiled and we were led to the dining table.

"Thank you. You may have a seat." The girl smiled at me as she sat down. "But not on one of the two chairs at the end, though."

We all sat and the food was being served by girls with cat ears and cat tails. I didn't notice it at first, but even the maid from earlier wore them.

I thanked them for the food, and began to eat.

"I don't know your name." The girl who sat across me said, "Tell me about yourself."

"I'm just an ordinary highschooler. My name's Christopher, but just call me Chris." I said after swallowing the delicious soup. "The soup is heavenly delicious."

"Christopher? As in... Adams?" Pocapell suddenly blurted out, and I just smiled.

"Yes. Christopher as in Christopher Adams. How do you know me?" I asked.

"Pocapell." The girl just smiled at the little girl who lowered her head. "We just... know people." She said as her eyes filled in with nostalgia.

"I told you my name, what about yours, miss?" I offered my hand to shake.

She looked at the hand with even more nostalgia and grinned.

"Vanessa." She took my hand and shook it. "Call me Va- I mean Essa."

With that we exchanged grins and ate dinner talking about ourselves. And Pocapell, of course.
