Chapter 8

Looking at the speed meter it said we was going 90miles per hour. I loved the way the wind whipped my hair i wasnt scared of speeding because im used to riding the wind using my element gift. It took about half and hour to get to town.Once we got there we got off the bike. We park just on the edge of the town. I took my helmet off and looked around the town wasnt big but it wasnt small either. The people looked more like native american people. Awsome. 

"Right im going to meet a friend in the cafe over there you can come if you want or do you want to look around and meet up in about  an hour?" Uncle mikka asked.

"Well unc i think i might have a look round town seems a nice little place to be" I replied.

"Ok well have this"He pulled a roll of money out of his pocket.

"Errr i cant take money of you i mean you did get me out of care and all" I said.

"Dont be stupid i should never of put you in care, I feel really guilty for that" He grabbed my hand and put the money in it."Now go and have some fun meet me in the cafe in an hour ok".

"Ok thanks"I hugged him and he hugged me back. I turned and walked away time to buy loads of lollipops. I looked around there was a hair dressers. I need my hair cutting anyway. I walked in looking around there was no one in there just two woman chatting behind a desk. I walked towards them.

"Errrr hi" i said nervously. I dont like talking to random strangers.

"Oh hi deary, sorry we didnt hear you come in what can we do for you sweet?" The one woman asked.

"Well my uncle owns the boarding school about an hour away from here and well i only arrived here yesterday and well i need my hair cutting really bad so i was wondering if you had err... some time to do it today" i asked.

"Oh your the 5th neice of mikka's aye?, well of course we can get you in anything for my old friend Mikka,come and sit down hun" i followed her over to a seat."so would you like doing?".

"Erm well i need alot more layers in and about an inch off the bottem and my fringe trimming abit please"i said.

"Ok then so how is Mikka he hasnt been in town for about a month havent spoke to him"She asked starting on my hair.

"Well he's ok my brothers have been keeping him company at the school i suppose" I replied.

"Oh there your brothers then?" She asked.

"Yeah Korey and Kraze are my triplets" I said.

"Oh wow lucky you aha thoses boys when they come into town they are wonderful just wonderful boys" She replied.

"Oh i know" i giggled. The rest of the time went by us just chatting randomly.

"Well there you go hun we're all done". She said 10 minutes later.

"Thankyou how much is it?"I asked

"That would be 7 dollers please" I gave her 10 dollers and told her to keep the change with that she thanked me and told me to say hello to uncle Mikka her name was chloe trenant  with that i left. Looking around i decided to go into a charity shop it was a charity helping to save wildlife in the area. I looked around and saw some art stuff and decided to get some new pencils and a few plain books, there was also this nice rucksack in there with cherrys on but in the form of skulls.I walked over to the counter to pay behiind it was a woman aged about late 50s withe long brown hair with abit of grey in and her eyes were a light brown with a green ring around the outside.

"Hello what can i do for you?" She asked.

"Id like to buy these please" I placed the stuff on the counter. She priced the stuff up on the till.

"That will be 13 dollers 75 please" I handed her 25 dollers.

"Put the rest towards the charity please" I said.

"Oh thankyou darling thats nice of you are you new around here? She asked.

"Yeah my uncle mikka owns the boarding school not far from here i arrived from england yesterday" i replied.

"Ahhh Mikka havent seen him for ages tell him i said hi my names kaylea trenant and thanks again" She said. I nodded and left i heard some people talkng so i followed the sound it took me to an old looking basket ball court and feild. On the basket ball court there was some boys playing basket ball. I walked over to them and watched them. One of the boys noticed me and walked over to me. He had bluey green eyes and pale skin. His hair was a dark brown almost black colour reaching just past his eyes.

"Hey whats up you new in town?" He asked.

"Whats it with you i might be just passing"Was my reply.

"Ouch just being nice and not many people pass through here so you must be staying somewhere close" He said

"My uncle owns the boarding school not far from here i moved here from england yesterday" I replied.

"Ahhh Mikka must be your uncle, well you might be seeing more of me as im moving to the school i start monday, The names Trent whats yours?" he asked.

"My names... " I was cut off.

"Kira there you are i was looking everywhere how about dinner now?" Uncle Mikka asked. I turned around and he was right behind me.

"Yeah sure unc err see you around trent." I walked away with uncle Mikka on my left side.

"Did i interrupt something?" He asked.

" What do you mean?" i asked.

" You and trent?" he replied.

"Ohhh nooo dont be silly we were just talking" He said.

" I could go back and get his number for you if your too shy i dont mind". OMG did he really just ask that?

"Omg really unc hes not my type anyway" We got to the cafe and ordered some food i told him about Chloe and kaylea. Really the next 2 hours went fast us just talking untill it was time to head back. We got on the bike and left.
