Chapter Four

Rose's POV

It's around five o'clock, and I haven't stopped thinking about what had happened earlier. It keeps replaying in my mind. Jack walking into me, spilling the drinks, looking far into my eyes. I'll never forget the way he looked at me. I'd say it was love at first sight, but who really believe in that? I've never had that feeling before.

Lacey said she was getting hungry, and I needed something to take my mind off of what happened earlier, so we went to go eat. We chose a really fancy restaurant at the hotel, because we were on 'vacation' and we could. The two of us put on nice dresses, heels, and some jewelry.

Lacey has long, blonde, pin-straight hair. Her eyes are a deep blue. She's so pretty. Even though I've known her my entire life, I get really jealous of her getting the attention whenever we go somewhere.

We walked down stairs and got to the nice Italian place. I'm sure everything is expensive, but we don't care. The waiter led us to a cute little table in the corner of the room. We both ordered dishes we have never heard of before, just to be adventurous.

Lacey stops talking mid-sentence and stares across the room for a minute. I waved my hand in front of her face, and she quickly slaps my hand down.

"Oh my God. Oh.. my God. Rose it's them. The whole group, Cam, Nash, Matt everybody. They're all sitting right over there! We need to go say hi! This could be your chance to talk to Jack again."

My heart stopped. I haven't thought about what I'd do if I saw Jack again. What about Sunday? What if he doesn't remember seeing me?

"Lace, I can't. We can't. We can't talk to them, not until sunday. I need to think about what to say, I can't."

"Why not? Come on, running into him wasn't that big of a deal. We only get this opportunity once!" she looked at me with a look as if I was crazy.

"What if it annoys them? I'm sure fans come up to them all the time, it has to get annoying at some point. Besides, I have no idea what to say!"

"Well you better hurry up and think of something quick because Jack is on his way over here right now."
