One thing. Originally, this story was written in English but I decided to translate it into Spanish and publish it in that language first before publishing it in english now. I wrote it in english in order to practice my writing in that tongue.
That would be a curiosity about Little By Little, right? Mm, I don't know.
Remember to comment and vote, if it isn't a bother to you.

"Here you go" I say as I hand the Applied Economics: Thinking Beyond Stage One book to the boy who is wearing glasses. He smiles and thanks me before going out of the book store.
I look outside. It's starting to get dark.
"Arianna, could you put those books in their place, please?" My boss Ryan asks, pointing his finger to a pile of five books on the counter. "I will take care of the cash register." I nod and move to let him be in my place.
The first book in the pile is a science fiction book. I grab the pile and start to make my way to the science fiction book section where it belongs to. As I'm walking there, another client enters the store and I look at the man. He is chubby and his cheeks are red. He stumbles a bit as he reaches my boss.
I put the book in the book shelf and look at the title of the next one. Proud and Prejudice. I smile. This is one of my favourite books of all time. I move to the romance section and place it there.
"Sorry, sir. We don't sell those types of movies here." I hear my boss say and I look at him. He is talking to the chubby man.
I wonder which type of movies he's talking about.
"Ugh, why not?!" The man says almost shouting, which makes me widen my eyes.
What is wrong with this man?
That is when I notice what his right hand is holding. A Jack Daniels bottle. Right, he is drunk.
"Sir, this is a book store." Ryan says and the man growls.
"A book store?! I thought-" He stops himself once he notices all the books surrounding him. "Hmm, I see." He proceeds to take a long sip from his whiskey bottle before putting it on the counter. "Where can I find a store that sells those movies then?"
"I don't know, sir. Sorry. You can always search them up on the internet." My boss says and the chubby man bursts in laughter.
"You're right! Buying it?! What was I thinking?! I must be really drunk, ha!" He keeps on laughing while holding his belly. His laugh is really noisy and annoying. He takes another sip of his whiskey and wipes his mouth with the back of his hand. I furrow my eyebrows.
I haven't realize that he was looking at me at all and I gasp. He smiles and lets the bottle on the counter again.
"Hey, missy." He's talking to me, his eyes scanning me from head to toe. "How are you doing?" His voice sounds hoarse and deep. I ignore him and go to the science fiction section again where the third book belongs to and proceed with the fourth book, which is a book about economics.
I hear some footsteps and then the door being closed. I look at where the chubby man was a minute ago but there was no chubby and drunk man there anymore.
"He left." My boss informs me and I sigh, silently thanking God that he was gone.
