Fallen Down

Few notes of Fallen Down

NO this isn't a musical title, it was coincidental

I woke up and went to Grillby's and saw many people there. A fish, a dinosaur, a goat, another human, another skeleton (must be Papyrus), and...I think is a skeleton in a plain black trenchcoat. I approached Sans and I and asked for a cup of water.

"Hey Sans, water you doing?" I said smiling.

He replied, "Bone dry, but I'm fine."

The fish with the eyepatch walked up and went for a handshake. A. Very. Hard. Handshake.

"You must be the new one in town!" Said the fish lady.

I took the pain and responded, "Yes I am."

The dinosaur asked, "W-What's your name? I'm Alphys."

Where were my manners. I didn't say my name yesterday.

"The name is (Y/N)." I said.

The fish lady happily said, "Hi (Y/N)! I'm Undyne. This beautiful reptile is Alphys. This is Papyrus," pointing to a tall skeleton, "This is Frisk and her husband Asriel. The scientist is named Gaster, Doctor W.D Gaster."

I waved at them and saw a child hiding behind Frisk and Asriel.

"Its okay Nalin, he's friendly." Frisk said rubbing the boy's head.

The boy was a small hybrid of a goat and human with brown eyes, very cute. He just stared at me and waved.

Papyrus told Undyne, "Who are we waiting for again?"

Asriel said, "We are waiting for Toriel and Asgore."

Papyrus turned to me and greatfully greeted, "I see you met my lazy brother Sans."

Sans said in a smug tone, "It takes a skeleton of work ya'know."

His brother yelled, "OH MY GOSH SANS STOP WITH YOUR PUNS."

Sans just laughed and drank some ketchup. It was very nice to see them, monsters and humans living together. From what I can tell, Frisk is the diplomat between the humans and monsters. Undyne is the captain of the police force. Alphys and Gaster are the scientist to help improve life on the surface. Papyrus is still looking for a job but I think he might he in the police force.

Seconds later two more monsters came inside.

"I see everyone is here." The tall goat lady said.

Nalin, the small goat child ran towards them happy, "Grandma! Grandpa!"

The small goat child hugged them and Frisk with Asriel walked up to them.

"My children. How is your day?" The tall goat sir said.

"It is going well. We were waiting for you." Asriel said then turning to me, "Mom, dad, this is (Y/N). (Y/N) this is Toriel and Asgore."

Asgore in the pink short sleeve said, "Howdy."

Toriel walked up smiling, "Greetings child. Did you just move here?"

I replied, "Yes I did."

"Do you want to come along for vacation?" Said Toriel.

"No, I have to do some research at Mount Ebott." I said smiling.

Sans faced stopped smiling...in a sense.

"Okay then. I will be at the school if you have any questions." Toriel said before turning to Frisk.

Sans walked up to me, "Look kid. Don't go up that mountain. Just don't."

I lied to him and continued out the door towards the mountain. The sun was just disappearing before the Moon arise. I was climbing the mountain passing the gated fence when the wind started whistling. I reached the top of the mountain seeing a big hole in the middle and started getting my equipment out when a piece of paper fell out.

Those who climb up the mountain never return.

I placed the paper back in my pocket and started writing calculations in a notebook. It got extremely dark and I couldn't see anything, like I blacked out or something. The wind was strong I was starting to move a little. The leaves were rustling violently and I decided to abandon the research and go home.

Before a tree branch struck me on the head. I fell back into the hole spinning and slowly blacking out. I swear I heard laughter, a develish laughter.
