After they all woke up they started heading in the direction of the nearest village since they were already far from Hoseok's town. Sunshine had flown away while they were sleeping. Hoseok explained that she does that because she has a family in Pegasus valley.

Jinyoung was very giddy, running around doing cartwheels and such. He was happy that he was healed and no longer in constant pain. Ok wait Hoseok, you said " the nearest village" how close are we talking? We have been walking for like an hour! Jinyoung drawled on the last word.

Jinyoung! Jadyn exclaimed, we have only been walking for twenty minutes! Jadyn shook her head at his childish complaints. Although she did find it quite cute when he pouted like that. ( wink wonk ;))

Hoseok's POV

When I first met them I was simply going on a walk through the woods. I knew my mom had been special because before my dad died he would tell me stories about her whenever I asked why she left us.

He would tell me that she was a strong and beautiful woman, and that she was different from others because she could talk to plants. I would always laugh at this. My mom was never a touchy subject for me. I guess it was because I never met her and my dad and I were just fine without her.

Once my dad died though, I distanced my self from every person in the town. Even my friends. That's why I had no problem leaving with these strangers. They needed my help anyway.

Apparently I'm the son of Rose, the goddess of nature. For the past two years peculiar things had been happening when I was farming or walking through the woods. One time I made a whole half of the cherry orchard bloom 5 months before harvest season.

Everyone was scared of me. They thought I was some entity that had come to ruin their crops. Pfft like why would anyone have a reason to do that! At least now I'm with people who aren't afraid of me. Jadyn said that I'm supposed to help save the world from that Gray guy or whatever that heck she said his name was.

My train of thought was interrupted by a question directed at me from Jinyoung. Um, actually we are there already. Look. I say and point to the top of a steeple barley visible from behind some trees.

Jinyoung whooped and started loping into the patch of evergreens. Jadyn and I quickly trotted after him.

Jadyn's POV

The towns people were very welcoming. Even after Jinyoung ran right into a cart of wine spilling it all over a group of elders.

I offered that we do some work to earn a place to stay for the night. We were all given nets and were told to go catch some eels from off the pier.

Hoseok and I were swinging our nets through the water while Jinyoung was messing around in the sand behind us. By the time it was dark Hoseok and I each caught 3 small eels while Jinyoung had nothing but seashells and a little sand sand crab in his pocket.

On the way back Jinyoung breaks the silence by asking me a question. How come I'm here in this world if you were the important one chosen to save it? Holly didn't say anything about why I'm here.

I really don't know I reply, maybe you are important and will play some big role in all of this. ( wink wonk) I'm positive that you aren't here by accident.

He just shrugged and walked a little faster. I wonder what that boy's past is... His bipolar attitude never ceases to surprise me...

We turn in out catch and head to the inn we were assigned to sleep in. I was just about to fall asleep when POOF! Holly appeared out of no where making me jump up.

Omg Holly you almost gave me a heat attack! I whisper frantically. Oh sorry 😐 Holly said with s straight face.

Anyways I'm glad you're here, I wanted to talk to you. I said. The puppy crawled up on my lap and lay down.

Ok number one: why do you keep disappearing.

Number two: how did you heal Jinyoung and why didn't you do it sooner.

Number three: do you have any idea where the next descendant is because Jinyoung's necklace is not lighting up.

Holly stared up at me for a few seconds before answering in s rush.

1: I have very important and secretive business to do
2: I have healing powers but I can only use them once before they have to take a long time to recharge.
3: your closer then you would think
Gotta blast! He said before proofing away to who knows where.
I sigh before lying down to go to sleep.

A/N

Sorry that I haven't updated in a while I've had a lot of HW and I'm trying to keep all of my grades as A's for the end of the year. I haven't really had the time. I will probably post tomorrow or Monday. Also sorry for the boring chapter. The next one will be more interesting.🐓🦄👍✌️👋🎩
