"Hi." Zayn walks over to me. He's in a plain white shirt and his black jeans. He looks good but Harry looks like a god in those.

"Morning." I smiled to him.

"Let's go?" He says.

"Yeah." I smiled.

Zayn and I slipped into his car. He escorted me like a gentleman. I blushed at the gesture.

"I know a good café." He says before he steps into the engine.

Minutes more, Zayn and I reached a small café. Not a fancy café, just a simple one. We sat in this table-for-two, a waitress walking up to us and asking us our orders.

"What would you have?" Zayn asks.

"Pancakes. And cappuccino." I smiled.

"You heard her." Zayn said to the waitress standing in front of us. "I'll have the same."

Breakfast with Zayn is fun. He talked about Barcelona and kept on apologizing for not being in contact with me. I surely didn't mind it. Maybe because I have my own business to begin with. Yeah, with Harry.

He asked about me too. How my days went and how am I doing. I told him all the things I do in school, not mentioning being a babysitter after school hours. It's not like I'm ashamed of it. I just don't want him to come to Harry's home every time.

Why? Is there something he needs to know? My subconscious asked me.

I rolled my eyes mentally.

I liked Zayn's company so much, just like Reece's. But I'm happier when I'm with Harry.

Sooner, he brought me back to my house.

"I hope we can do this again sometime." Zayn says.

"Yeah. Me too." I chuckled.

Zayn leans in for a cheek kiss and says, "I'll see you around."

"See you." I bid.

I watched him as he walked over to his car and opened the car door, and watch him leave. I turned around, open the door and saw Alex in the living room, watching NBA.

"Hi." I greeted him as I flopped down at his side, shoving my bag beside me.

"Where have you been?" Alex asks.

"Breakfast with Zayn." I told him.

"Zayn who?" He asks.

"Harry's friend." I said.

"Just Harry now? Not Mr. Styles anymore?"

Shoot.

"Mr. Styles, I mean." I chuckled nervously.

"Isn't that Zayn too old for you?" Alex asks. "And I thought you're dating Reece."

"There's nothing going on between me and Zayn. He's like a brother to me." I explained. Brother, huh?

"Sure." He retorted. "I'm here, so why do you need another brother?"

"I don't, you know that." I kept my voice soft. "And I'm not dating Reece."

"You're supposed to be focusing on your studies." God, he sounded like Dad. I chortle.

"Yes, daddy."

"Don't." He warned.

"Sorry." I whispered.

"Adelaide, you know you can tell me everything right? Don't hesitate. I'm always here for you." Alex assured, his voice soft now.
