Brendon's POV
I watched Georgia and Josh... They are utterly perfect for eachother, Josh nonstop talks about her. I remember he told me that he loved her a while back, which was why I smiled at them earlier.
"Dad?" I hear someone ask me, I turn around to face Georgia. She stood there, smiling.
"Yes baby?" I answer.
"I wondered. When we go on tour... Could I record something to play?" She looks down at the floor, her black hair swept across her face.
"Baby, of course! It might take a while for the writing process but--" I smiled as she talked over me.
"I've already written a song. I have been working on it since I was little. It's from my own experience" she smiles back at me and I pull her into a hug.
"Okay sweet" I point towards the door and insist that she goes in there to practice with the instruments, just to get used to them.Georgia's POV
Walking into the room, I notice a black grand piano, acoustic and electric guitars hanging from the wall, a drum set in the right corner and some mic stands in the other.
I head straight over towards the piano and sit myself down, leaving the door open accidentally. I start the opening chords to Bohemian Rhapsody. I taught myself the start of it, but soon gave up as it was too difficult to play, I just wanted to be able to go into school and jam it out on the pianos there and shove it in Casey's face. Obviously I'm not that rude, so I wouldn't, but I'd love to learn the whole thing.
'Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide, no escape from reality
Open your eyes, look up to the skies and see
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy
Because I'm easy come, easy go, little high, little low
Any way the wind blows doesn't really matter to me...'I hear someone...
'To me...'
Just to my luck, Brendon walks in, finishing the line of the verse. He smiles as he trots over to the piano I am at and perches himself next to me. His hands fall onto the keys and continue to play the song.
He starts singing.
'Mama, just killed a man
Put a gun against his head
Pulled my trigger, now he's dead
Mama, life had just begun
But now I've gone and thrown it all away'I decide against myself and I take the chance. I sing along with my father to my favorite song, and he stops to stare at me in awe
"Keep playing" I insist, laughing. He continues, and as does the singing.'Mama, ooh, didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow
Carry on, carry on as if nothing really matters'Brendon takes his hands off the keys and faces me. Tears running down his cheeks he pulls me into a hug.
"Georgia... Your voice..." He chokes.
"I know it's terrible, no need to tell me twice" I respond, hugging him back.
"No, no. It's the most beautiful sound. I could honestly listen to you for eternity" I feel his smile.
"Thank you Dad. It really means alot, coming from you" I giggle.
"Why do you say it like that?" Brendon laughs back.
"My favourite singer is complimenting my voice... It's hard to believe" I pull him tightly into me more.
"You're my daughter. And I'll forever be proud of you" he gently pulls himself away and begins to stand up to walk away from the piano.
"I love you Dad..." I say.
"I love you too" Brendon responds, looking back before walking out of the door, closing it as he did so.Brendon's POV
I walk out from the room, still stunned at my daughter's god sent voice. I approach the guys, and I sit myself down on a chair.
"I have an idea" I turn to them.
"We are gonna start playing Bohemian Rhapsody on tours." It blurts out.
"Um. Brendon, don't you think that's a little... Oh i don't know... Extreme?" Dallon says, looking at Kenny then back to me.
"Maybe a little, but I've just witnessed the most beautiful cover of the song, I want her to perform it with us" I hear the door open as Georgia walks out, smiling and sitting herself down onto Josh's knee. I smile at her and stop talking.
"Hey sweetie. Have fun?" I ask.
"The piano in there is gorgeous" she responds, kissing Josh on the cheek.
"Your singing and playing was incredible Georgia. We were just talking about how you might want to perform something with us on tour?" I suggest, falling back into my chair as her mouth opens wide.
