(This chapter includes sexual references 😉)
"Do me the honor of joining Panic! At The Disco?" My breathing accelerates. I jump up from my seat and fly into my father's arms, students cheering.
"YES! YES YES YES!" I shout as dad hugs me tightly. Tears streamed down my face as I pushed my head into his chest. Josh stopped filming and joined our hug, followed by Paris.I look round at my class and notice they were all filming. Dad must have told them about it, otherwise they wouldn't have sat down so peacefully in the first place.
"I've thought about it for ages, the fact that you always tour with me, your always making music, your dream career is a musician... It all matches" Brendon says, still hugging me.
"Thank you so much. This means the world to me, honestly. I can't wait to make more music with you dad" I reply, class clapping."God, she's not even that good" Kacey shouts from the back of the class. Brendon looks to her and releases me. He points his fingers in her direction and orders that she comes to the front. She does as she is told and stands face to face with me.
"If she's not that good... What do you call this?" Brendon looks to me and winks... I hear Josh whisper the name of the song... My favourite song...
I smile at Brendon and grab a mic from my teacher. Kacey stood there looking at me in disgust."[cough]
I got your picture
I'm coming with you
Dear Maria, count me in
There's a story at the bottom of this bottle
And I'm the penWhen the lights go off
I wanna watch the way you
Take the stage by storm
The way you wrap those boys around your finger
Go on and play the leader
'Cause you know it's what you're good at
The low road for the fast track
Make every second last'Cause I got your picture
I'm coming with you
Dear Maria, count me in
There's a story at the bottom of this bottle
And I'm the pen
Make it count when I'm the one
Who's selling you out
'Cause it feels like stealing hearts
Calling your name from the crowdThen in the field you'll be the show girl of the home team
I'll be the narrator
Telling another tale of the American dreamI see your name in lights
We can make you a star
Girl, we'll take the world by storm
It isn't that hard'Cause I got your picture
I'm coming with you
Dear Maria, count me in
There's a story at the bottom of this bottle
And I'm the pen
Make it count when I'm the one
Who's selling you out
'Cause it feels like stealing hearts
Calling your name from the crowd
Whoa...Ha ha...
Take a breath, don't it sound so easy
Never had a doubt
Now I'm going crazy watching from the floor
Take a breath and let the rest come easy
Never settle down
'Cause the cash flow leaves me always wanting more'Cause I got your picture
I'm coming with you
Dear Maria, count me in
There's a story at the bottom of this bottle
And I'm the pen
Make it count when I'm the one
Who's selling you out
'Cause it feels like stealing hearts
Calling your name from the crowd'Cause I got your picture
I'm coming with you
Dear Maria, count me in
There's a story at the bottom of this bottle"The class stood up and applauded as I finished the song. Kacey still stood staring.
"I can do better" she says. I smile and hand her the mic.
"Sing whatever you want sweetie" I say sarcasticly.
The opening beats to a Panic song started..
