Dean-

Dean and Cas are sitting across from each other at a metal cross hatch table,  the color of sky blue.  There is a large chili cheese burger and tempting cherry pie set in front of him.  He glanced across the table at Castiel,  who is chewing thoroughly on a bite of ham sandwich.  Their outside, in front of a small cafe called 'Anne's cafe'. Around them are the other pedestrians talking to each other and eating their lunches.

Dean leaned forwards,  "What the hell Cas. "

Cas swallowed his food,  set the sandwich down on the small yellow plate and looked up at Dean with those damned blue eyes,  "remember yesterday when I mentioned Sam was half demon? "

Dean sat up straighter, "Yes.... Mind explaining what the hell that means?"

Cas flicked his eyes down to his hands,  which were busy playing with the plastic spokes of a fork, "Dean... Sam never stopped drinking Demon Blood.... I know because Gabriel told me. Of course,  he stopped a while ago.  But the demon Blood stayed in him,  pumping through his vital organs and transforming his very cells.  He is half demon,  but he is exactly the same. He just has some of the useful powers of a demon... Do not worry,  your brother is completely fine and weened off of blood. " Cas looked up and cracked a small smile.

Usually Dean wouldn't take this so lightly.  On normal occasions,  he would burst out in hushed comments of anger and storm off to go save his brother,  probably ending the world in the process.

Dean nodded,  and then hastily changed the subject as to avoid ending the world,  "So... Mind telling me where we are now?" he smirked,  eating a pickle from out of the burger,  somehow... He wasn't as hungry as usual.  And that was saying a lot.  He was always hungry.

"Yes,  actually.  We are at a small,  humble cafe in Portland Oregon.  I thought maybe you would need a Break."

Dean smirked,  "Yeah,  well maybe you need a break from giving me a break, so let me give you a break! "

Cas cocked his head and squinted his eyes at Dean.  Dean basically felt himself collapse into a puddle of nothing whenever Castiel did that, "Dean,  I don't understand why you used many of the same words in such an expanded sentence. "

Dean sighed and shook his head,  "Whatever. " He picked up his burger and took a bite,  basically enveloping half the thing in his mouth.

Once they were finished eating,  Cas asked him if he would like to go back to the bunker.  Dean obliged and Cas hastily made out to take them there.  Soon they were standing in the sitting room of the bunker. They were side to side on the couch,  rested in front of the fire.  It smelled like candy in here...

"Cas, " Dean croaked,  feeling his voice break, "about yesterday.... "

"yes.  Yesterday was a very odd experience that left me tingly all over.... Am I dying Dean? " Cas asked,  seriosness in his voice.

Dean chuckled and a heat flushed over his face,  "Nah,  buddy... Your fine. "

Cas nodded,  "Dean... I was very serious yesterday.  I have tremendous feelings for you."

Dean sighed,  "Yeah... Well,  me too... But I have a hard time Saying 'I love you to anyone...so,  yeah.  Sorry. "

"But yesterday... I heard you say it to me. And you said your not afraid to admit it. "

"Oh shit,  you heard that!" Dean moaned in exasperation, "Son of a... "

"I love you,  Dean, " Cas looked into the fire and said the words with so much force the fire literally blew out.  There was nothing but the darkness of the room and the lingering heat of the empty hearth.

Dean looked at Cas through the darkness,  his heart beat quickening,  "Don't leave this time Cas Please. "

Dean sat there,  his hands folded in his lap,  his vision dark.  He couldn't see a thing.  He felt a hand on his cheek,  warm.  Almost glowing, "Cas.... " he croaked.  And then the sound of wings fluttering made his heart hammer and he thought... Did Cas leave?  But then his vision became darker and the soft scrape of a feather brushed along his arm.  It was Castiels wings... They were surrounding him.

"Cas... I didn't know you could show your wings... " Dean held his hand out and brushed it gently along the feathers of the large wings, not sure what to do. And then he felt Cas's lips on his,  the same bolt of electricity he felt at the park ran along his spine.

Dean raised his hand and grasped Cas's trench coat,  pulling him closer.  The shuffle of the wings comforting as they enveloped them like a curtain.  The kiss became less uneasy and more passionate as they became more sure of what to do, their eyes adjusting to the darkness.  Cas fumbled nervously with the zipper on Deans leather jacket,  his hand shaking.

"Relax... " Dean cooed,  Placing a hand on Cas's. He helped him and felt his lips brush the stubble of Cas's neck.  He could feel the heat growing between them,  unsure... But knowing it was right.  Cas's breathing was heavy and warm on Deans neck as deans shirt was slipped over his head.  The room began to get cooler as the heat from the embers dyed down.  It was okay.... This was good.  Cas's hand traced the outline of the hand print on Deans arm...It made him shudder, in a good way.

"Dean... " Cas sounded scared and his voice wobbled. Dean squeezed his hand and Cas felt himself calm down.  Dean kissed him again,  feeling more sure of himself this time.  After a few minutes,  dean gasped as the fire roared back to life.  He could see now. He saw Castiels red face looking up at him, his blue eyes,  his wings.... And Dean said the words he's been scared to say his whole life to this one angel he has known for only a couple years,  "I love you... "
