Chapter Twenty

When Sunday finally came, me and Kasey got ready and went to Jeremiah's game. We took the elevator to the VIP section and was lead to our room area. Our area had a pool table which I was happy about but what I didn't expect was to see Drake in our area.

"Drake!" Kasey said excitedly before running to him. That bitch never runs. He picked her up and spun her around before kissing her.

"Are y'all done?" I asked before crossing my arms. "It would've been nice to know that I was going to be a third wheel."

"You're not happy to see me?" He joked putting Kasey down.

"Asshole." I whispered going to sit down. My mood had changed and I felt crabby maybe I was hungry.

"Sorry to interrupt girls day." Drake said as he walked in with Kasey.

"You weren't interrupting." She told him.

"I kind of want some of those strawberries they had at the bar." I said standing up.

"But the game just started." Drake replied.

"It's just first quarter." I said before walking out towards the bar. I was the only person around the bar so I felt like a fat ass.

"I see we're the only hungry ones." I turned to see it was Toni who had spoke.

"Toni!" I said excitedly before trying to hug her but her pregnant belly was in the way.

"I thought you weren't coming." Toni replied pulling away.

"I'm here with my friend Kasey and Drake." I said.

"Oh yea I saw that on enews." She replied. I looked down at her plate to see she had gotten strawberries too.

"You can come sit with us." I told her.

"Thanks." She said walking with me.

"How was the honeymoon?" I asked her.

"It wasn't much of a honeymoon with my big belly." She answered. "If you know what I mean."

I laughed "How far along are you?"

"I'm like seven months now." She answered.

"Are you excited?" I asked her as we walked back to the room.

"I am."

"I can tell you have a glow." I said. We sat outside the room around the pool table to eat. I didn't really want to interrupt Kasey and Drake.

"We wanted the sex of the baby to be a surprise but we got impatient." She told me.

"Really?! What are you having?" I asked excitedly.

"A girl."

I screamed forgetting where I was and she started laughing.

"What the hell is going on?!" Kasey asked running out the room with Drake.

"Nothing." I laughed. "This is Thomas's wife Toni."

"I'm Kasey and that's Drake but I'm guessing you knew that." Kasey told her.

"Yes we've actually met before." Toni replied. "But only once cause Drake is like besties with Odell."

"What's wrong with Odell?" I asked. She said his name like he was poison.

"Odell gets on my nerves with his white girl instagram baddie obsession." She answered with an eye roll.

Drake chuckled "Leave him alone."

"So who's winning the game?" I asked them.

"The Seahawks actually scored first so we're losing." Kasey told me.
