I woke up to my phone ringing.
"I'll get it." Harry said.
"Hello?"
I mouthed 'Put it on speaker.'
"Hey is Mel there?" Margret asked.
"Yes."
"Give her the phone please."
"Yes?" I said
"Hey Mel so I was thinking you know Tanna is a really nice girl, and I don't think you should have been mean to her."
I was shocked. One of my best friends taking her side.
"OK well if that's what you think you can go crying to her then."
I snatched the phone out of Harry's hand and hung up.
"Mel, I'm sorry."
He leaned foward and hugged me."
"Why? You didn't do anything."
He kissed my forehead.
"I know but she shouldn't have been like that."
I looked at the clock.
6:30
"I have to start getting ready for school." I started to get up. He pulled me back down.
"What are you talking about sweetheart? It's only," He unplugged the clock then plugged it back in "12 o' clock."
I fixed the clock so it would be 6:30 again.
"Not funny!" I said giggling.
My phone started ringing again. He picked it up again. I rolled my eyes.
"Hello?"
Talking.
"OK bye. So guess what." He said pulling me up to him.
"You don't have school today." He smiled at me.
"I don't believe that."
He groaned.
"OK what if I drive you to school and nobody's there? Will you believe me then?"
I rolled my eyes.
"Baby lets go back to sleep."
He gave me a pouty face.
I groaned then kissed him.
"I can't believe you thought that was me."
He got a sad look in his eyes.
"I know I'm sorry."
He sighed and opened his arms.
He kissed the top of my head then went back to sleep.
Once I was sure he was asleep I said.
"I love you with all my heart."
