Tossing my head back I threw the shot down my throat, letting it burn all the way.

The party was wild and I wasn't drunk or planning on getting to seeming as I don't even know half these people. The music was pounding loudly as the smell of alcohol and sex lingered everywhere, engulfing us until we got used to the musty odor. My hand was being tugged away as I was lead into a bedroom with one other guy. He was gorgeous. His eyes were emerald green and his hair was as black as night. He had a hint of stubble that suited his features.

" Angel, meet Beck." James informed me.

" Wow, you didn't tell me how smoking hot she was." Beck said eyeing me up and down as if I were a happy meal he hadn't had in three years. I blushed and bowed my head down in embarrassment.

" Yeah well, I didn't think you'd need to know." He grunted

" Hey, I'm Kat and I have a feeling that were going to get along great." I said boringly before existing already done with the conversation.

I ran down the stairs tripping over my two clumsy feet until finally reaching the bottom. I need a drink, I thought aloud.

" I can help with that."

I gasped whipping around so fast my neck strained and pain shot through my body. I cringed my eyes before focusing on Beck

" I don't need any help, I'm perfectly fine walking to the bar by myself." I snapped and began rubbing the sore hurting spots on my neck. Turning on my heels I whipped my hair and began sashaying my hips to the bar for my third drink of the night.

After about the fifth drink I completely lost control and couldn't remember my own name. That didn't matter, all that mattered was that I forget everything.

I made my way to the center of the floor scrunching up my face at the crude smell of too much sweat and alcohol. There were strobe lights flowing everywhere hitting every inch of the room. It was truly a sight to see I couldn't help myself as I began dancing and letting my hips flow with the beat of the music. It wasn't long before I felt another body from behind me dancing to the same rhythm. I didn't turn around but the smell of his cologne was intoxicating.

" Maybe we should continue this dance In the bed." His whispered

Giving a small nod he grabbed my hand and we started for the stairs. Before even getting halfway up a loud crash came from the kitchen and all I could see were flames. I gasped as my eyes widened with horror. It wasn't a freak accident, there were several guys circling the house with flame throwers. knives came crashing through the already broken glass taking out several pieces. Not long there was blood covering the floor. I wanted to help but a hand pulled me up the stairs away from the screams of terror.
