Fluttering my eyes open I gasped and rose from my seat too fast getting knocked back by the seatbelt. I had fallen asleep after being on a plane. For hours we had been traveling in this rusted old car that smelt of fish. At any minute I figured it would break down but it didn't and we're finally here, thank god.
I couldn't believe my eyes. We pulled into the crunchy drive way that was splashed over with sand. Before us stood a two or maybe even a three story house that had clear windows an all the tropical trees surrounding it. Getting out of the car I could hear the sound of a faint bird in the distance while the trees swayed along with the breeze.
" Is this where we're staying?" I asked hoping for a yes.
Beck nodded while passing by me with all the luggage.
"How long?" I question.
" About two weeks, possibly even three." James answers passing me by and heading through the clear glass doors.
I walked into the house and my hunch that it was three story was confirmed when I looked up and saw a balcony at the highest point in the house. Wooden rails blocked my view of what all was up there so I decided to take a look for myself. Running up the stairs I gasped when I saw that it wasn't an living area but an open bedroom with a king size bed. There were white curtains that were flowing with the breeze and just before the curtains there was a balcony that overlooked the beach. This room was huge, I thought as I walked through the door leading the bathroom. White marble sinks and a glass shower with shampoo and all the essentials rested before me.
After gawking over everything I noticed another door and soon enough I was turning the cold knob and being led into a bigger room. The bed was king size and there was another balcony but the bathroom was much bigger and had a shower fit for three people. The room was big enough to throw a party in and the bed was a canopy bed that had white drapes flowing with the wind. My jaw dropped and I couldn't believe how amazing this all was.
" This room is for us, and the open room is Becks. I hope you don't mind sharing a bed."
I jumped and turned around to see James right behind me, setting down both of our luggage.
" No, I don't mind." I stuttered and blushed at the thought of actually spending the night together.
Beck came through the door and looked straight at James, failing to acknowledge me.
" Someone is here for you." He said.
James eyes widened and they both took off downstairs.
