Chapter 5 - Songs ♪_♪

"No no no! This will not do!"

V'Flower gave a 'tch' as Neru and Haku began to fight over plans for the fair.

Don't they know I'm the one holding the fair? she wondered.

Lunchtime, to her, was planning time. Since Kaito ruined the last fair, she wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly. If she were to do this right, then maybe she'd get somewhere.

In Vocaloid Academy, singing was vital. The more songs you sang, the more popular you'd get. But that should be changed.

That's why V'Flower skips school, along with three popular students from other schools, Teto Kasane, Haku Yowane, and Neru Akita, so they could plan.

(Fun fact, Akita is an actual place in Japan.)

Unfortunately, she picked the wrong people.

"I can't deal with this," V'Flower decided as she smacked the three girl's heads. "You three are obnoxious."

A loud sample of Sea Girl began to play, indicating that Teto's phone had a text message. She picked up her phone and scammed the message quickly before her mouth formed an 'oh.'

"What?" Neru asked.

"Gumi just texted me during her intermission. She says there's a new student! A boy, even!" Teto exclaimed excitedly.

"What does that make for us?" V'Flower asked, crossing her arms as she leaned against the wall.

"That means everyone might get a date!" Teto exclaimed again. "Think about it; not a lot of girls are yuri lovers, though it is common for girls like Rin and Gumi, but yaoi is just way too popular, such as Len and Kaito. Girls outnumber the boys, so not a lot of us will get dates. If boys were to be the same length as the girl population, we wouldn't have a problem."

"Not every Vocaloid, Voyakaloid, Utauloid, and Fanloid student will want to have dates," Haku scoffed.

"Ah, but they will since Valentine's Day is coming~" Teto tittered as she held her index finger up.

V'Flower shrugged. "What a bunch of baloney. Valentine's Day is for oafs."

She exited the room, and Neru wondered, "Sheesh, what's her problem?"

"Someone's sexless," Teto laughed.

A pillow was thrown at her twindrills.

(Can't be sexless if she's with Fukase~)

Overall, Oliver could say the school was okay. Aside from the perpetual idiots like Kaito, the scary brooders like Gakupo, and amongst others.

Personally, he just preferred to be around Miku more.

As he sat at a solitary (hide and seek envy) lunch table, he scanned the room in hopes of looking for a girl with twintails.

[Pun intended]

"My, you're new," said a voice full of chill.

Oliver gasped silently as his auburn eye met with a pair of scarlet ones. The owner of the enchanting eyes also had matching, fluffy hair.

His aura consisted of danger and mischief.

"Hi, I'm Fukase. What's your name?" he asked.

"Er, Oliver," the blonde replied inaudibly.
