My head hurts so much that I couldn't even lift it; I was in the middle of the room with all the cuts on my body as I realize there were strange feathers around me; it was white as dove's feathers. The thought of Malice suddenly came into my mind. I saw Malice with her beautiful white wings on her back as Arthur looked very shock on her sudden changes. I tried to get up and find a better position so that I could see what really happened but Arthur's curse had a really big impact on me. I saw devilish eyes on Malice which didn't belong to her because I knew she had the most gentle eyes I have ever seen, her movements and posture were just wrong, she was not her.

I could see Arthur was slightly scared of her which something that was strange to me. She slowly walked closer to him as she saw him very intense with her dark devil eyes, Arthur was just paralyzed on his place and I could see he was trying to move but failed. The next thing I knew, Malice grabbed Arthur's neck with such an amazing force that could leave him breathless. He was lift from the ground easily and threw him outside of the room to the balcony, then with her amazing speed she attacked him without giving him a chance to fight back. Right now was the time that I could see why she was called the Princess of White Knight...

Arthur was severely injured almost all parts of his body and blood stated to pour out. The fact that Malice was trying to kill him was unimaginable, this was not something that she wanted. Despite the fact that Arthur had made my life miserable, I just couldn't see him die because inside my heart I knew he was someone who was seeking for attentions and love from everyone and despite his amazing power, he was just a child who needs care because he just looked too fragile.

I tried so hard to move so that I could try to stop Malice; their fights had just turned brutal. I used every power that I had to stand up and move my muscles, "Stop..." was the word that only came out of a whisper, "...Please Malice..." was the only words that came out of my mouth. But then a hand had grabbed my shoulder and made me fall to the ground once again as I whimpered in pain. Richard was towering on my side as he looked seriously on their fight, I almost forgot that he was still here but the fact he didn't try to help Arthur was very skeptical of him.

"Stand back and watch, Carvell." He said. "This is their fight not ours, do not interfere." He ordered.

"What are you doing? Shouldn't you help him? Can't you even see he's dying!?" I asked him as I panicked without waiting his answers.

"I do see, but like I told you before, it's not our fight."

"What you-" I tried to say something but been cut.

"You are the one who cannot see what really happens there, this fight belongs to them, and it means this is the real and true battle between leaders of both sides. This is where it shall end and start a new beginning, this war had been going on for hundreds of years despite the fact we tried to unite but failed because of the incidents ten years ago. There will be no end unless one of them fell down forever or both, because there will always be resentment that cannot be break. And this is the only chance." He explained.

It was true that how we acted or the king acted ten years ago had been basically based on the feeling of revenge because of what had happened hundreds of years ago; the war that had become the legend. It was then mixed with the revenge and hatred towards us now. We should have learned from that legend itself after all Legends are Lessons.

"Besides, if we do interfere we won't have a chance to actually lay one finger on her; right now her power was beyond the king himself which we will die at once if we do try to stop her. You might not see what happen here, but she is not Malice. Considering her power, posture and acts, I believe she is someone that has so much experience in the battlefield which means she is an expert elder." He said as I suddenly realized what he had meant, right now she was not Malice but she also didn't act according to her consciousness. That means...

"That's right; it is probably one of her ancestors inside her now, the Great White Knight." He said as he looked at my expression.

"That means it is probably the Knight in the legend itself." I said.

"Yes and that legend knight was the one who voluntarily died on Arthur's hands ten years ago."

"What do you mean? The legend White Knight was still alive until ten years ago? Wait, do you mean her grandparents? "I asked.

"Yes it was her grandparent, well more precisely it was her grandmother; The True Queen of Knight. Back then Arthur was just a child who tried to take over his position as a king, as a child he also did what he was told and that was to kill all the White Knight including the ruler; that ordered was coming from the Queen of White Knight herself."

"Both Arthur and I were the only witnesses of what she was ordered, and I was the only witness of the changing Arthur after the incident; he was my best friend before that, until now I still wish for him to get back how he used to be." He said sadly, his expression just showed how much it hurts for him for the last ten years. "I didn't know what the Queen was thinking, I don't even know now, but I started to realize she was the one who was pulling the strings and planned all of these. Everyone might see that Arthur is the rogue here, but he is merely a puppet and I am just too late to notice that." He ended.

I was trying to understand of what he was saying, the probability of her own grandmother did this was just too ruthless to tell. She loved her grandparents so much, but her grandmother was the one who behind the incident that she had been traumatic ever since, had made her forget about her true self, and that had made Arthur our enemy all this time.

Arthur was right; by coming here she would only find the horrifying truth and it was all because she had met me.
