We're strangers at first meet
What bought us together is fate
We thought you and I don't fit
But then our hearts have the same beat
Your eyes wants to say something
Funny you won't say a thing
And I stand here waiting
Waiting for you to say what you mean
I can't understand what I feel inside
I long to be by your side
Should I run and hide
Or let my heart collide
I am afraid of what I'm feeling
I am used to hurt and pain
But I don't want feeling it again
It is already suffocating
I can see, you don't know what you want
I don't know if you can feel the aching of my heart
I want you, I like you, but it seems I can't
Maybe you are the one that I can't love
So I turn my back and start to walk away
You can't even speak what you mean to me
I see we are both afraid of heartache and misery
So lets be strangers who met love halfway
