The Humming Bird

     One day me and my mother were making dinner when my father came home. Right when he walked through the door he said "you'll never guess what happened today."To be honest me and my mother didn't know what to expect to hear. He said " I went to a mans house today, just to say hello. We were in his house and we entered the kitchen. The old man looked out his front window and suddenly got a sad look on his face. So I asked him if he was alright."The man said "I am fine it is just that every morning I woke up and walked to this window and saw a humming bird at the feeder. It came every single morning. But about a year ago it stopped coming." My father felt sorry for this man, because every morning this little humming bird made this man happy.
So my father decided to pray over him. He said "thank you Lord for all you have done. God if you could please send this man his humming bird one more time, we would be very grateful. Thank you for loving us. Amen." It was not but one minute later that the old mans humming bird appeared at the bird feeder. The man was overjoyed and thanked my father. My father was happy that he saw the man smile, and was just happy that he made someone's day with a little prayer.
