Chapter 8

*bringgg bringggg* I heard Logan's phone going off, "turn it off" I grumbled waking up to the sun beaming in my eyes. I turned around and was face to face with Logan. He was still sleeping peacefully, his face looked so cute and precious I couldn't help but stare. I was staring for a solid 5 minutes trying to keep the smile off my face. Logan peeked open his eyes and caught me staring at him, I went bright red in the face due to embarrassment. "Were you staring at me sleeping" Logan asked while giggling.

I freshens myself up for the day with a nice warm shower and putting on a comfortable outfit (outfit above). Whilst looking for my outfit my phone fell out of my draws. I turned it on curious as to who has been trying to contact me. It finally turned on and I switched off airplane mode. I instantly received (113) Missed calls, (244) New Messages and (1346) Instagram Notifications. What the hell why so many Instagram notifications, usually I have 2 or 3 within a week, it's only been 4 days since being here. Just as I went to unlock my phone I got a glimpse of my lock screen saver of mom and I. It brought tears to my eye and soon enough they were steaming down my face. I missed mom dearly.

*knock knock*, someone was knocking on my door. It frightened me causing me to throw my phone back into my draws, I wiped my eyes clean before opening the door. It was Logan. "Hey" I say cheery hopefully not making it obvious I was crying. " oh my god Alexa are you okay? Have you been crying?" He grasped either side of my face forcing me to look at him as he was worried about me. "Uhh yeah why wouldn't I be" I fake smiled, holding back tears. My gut was wrenching from holding back tears, I just want to let it all out and tell Logan the truth but I couldn't push myself to do it. 

"Okay well even though I don't believe you, I'll give you time and I trust you'll come to me if you need anything" he explained with sympathy in his eyes. " remember I said yesterday I'd take you shopping to buy new clothes and any other things you need or want?" He asked with a huge grin, "yeah but I don't expect anything I'm okay with what I have I promise" I tried convincing him not to waste his money on me. "Nope we are going in 10 minutes go do your hair and makeup what ever girls do these days" he said pushing me towards the bathroom. Today wasn't going to be so bad after all.

I'm so sorry for late update, I have exam week this week at school and been studying but I promise I will be back to normal next week :)
