Katniss and Peeta Happy Ever After

My Wedding Day

Today is the day I become Katniss Mellark. Saying it makes me happy but nervous at the same time. I never wanna loose Peeta and I'm so scared for our future. What if we do have kids and they bring back the hunger games? What if someone kidnaps Peeta and hijacks him again? What if something and happens. Peeta must have noticed my face. He wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead.
"Katniss there is nothing to be worried about. I love you so much and I will do everything and anything to make our future perfect. I promise." Peeta said looked me straight in the eye. I searched his beautiful eyes and saw trust and love. I smiled and kissed him sweetly.
"Today is going to be perfect." Peeta said and walked over to the closet to put on a shirt. When ever he doesn't have a shirt on my eyes are glued to his beautiful body. I rolled my eyes at thought and went down stairs to meet my prep team and Effie. Our wedding is in the woods. Well the ceremony. Then the celebration will be in the meadow and in our house. It's July so it's pretty warm and beautiful out. I was being ushered into my master bathroom to get beautified for my big day.
My thoughts about today's plans were interrupted when Octavia snapped her fingers in front of me. I blinked and turned to my mirror and gasped.
"You look like the perfect bride. Peeta was be speechless." Venia assured me.
I smiled and thanked her.
My hair was curled into beautiful curls and laid against my back. Me veil acted as a headband for my hair and liked perfect. My face was transformed until flawless semi-tan skin and my eyes were colored perfect shades of pink and peach eyeshadow. The black eyeliner made my eyes pop out and my fake wing eyelashes have me a pretty eye shape and It liked cute when I batted my eyes. I had a soft pink lipstick applied on my lips. A pearl necklace wrapped around my neck with pearl earrings to match in my ears. My dress showed my body off perfectly and classy. It is my wedding day after all. I took a couple steps to practice walking in my dress. My veil hung at a perfect length and the light made the pearl beadings shiny and beautiful.
Annie, Effie, and Johanna entered the room all ready in there bridesmaid dresses. The dresses looked so good on them. The crystal beading on the goo half glistened in the light and matched perfectly with their crystal pumps. I smiled and took a deep breath.
"Let's do this" I said and started my to make my way out of the room. After many pictures of me and a the brides maids we were ready to start the wedding. Haymitch walked up next to me linking his arm into mine.
"Well Katniss, I must say, you look amazing. I'm so happy for you start a bright and great future." He said and looked me in the eye. How did Haymitch be so certain that my future would be great? I mean anything could happen and that's what I'm scared of. "I think you need this sweetie." Effie woad as she handed my bocay with primroses and orange roses. This is beautiful and I'm so happy Effie designed this for me. Oh how I miss Prim so much. I wish she was here for me today. I pushed my thoughts away when the music began. Butterfly's in my stomach started flying around and my breathing was getting heavy. We began waking in the white carpet with beads all along it. As we came in sight of the set up and decorations I saw white chairs placed in rows with primroses and orange roses at the end. I shifted my face to Peeta on the stage I was close to walking onto. He wore a white suit with a primrose and orange rose tucked in his pocket with a orange now tie. The test of the grooms has just an orange bow tie on. Peeta had tears in his eyes and looked at me in awe. I smiled at his handsome looking self. I love him so much. After saying our vowels and I do's, the preacher said, "I now pronounce you Mrs. And Mr.Mellark. You may now kiss your bride. Peeta's face lighted up and pulled me into his kiss. This kiss mean I love you now and forget and stay with will me all the time. It was short but sweet. The crowd started cheering and I saw my mom in tears and then I saw the person who used to be my best friend and is now kind of a stranger. Gale. I remember the letter he sent me saying he will always love me more than a friend. He look happy but I could also see a bit of sadness in his eyes. I looked back towards to the woods and saw Prim and Rue smiling and laughing. Am I seeing their ghost? What the hell? Then they vanished in thin air. I felt Peeta take my hand and walk back down the aisle. I couldn't stop thinking about what I just saw but I have to forget about it and enjoy my celebration if being married. But I can't. I just saw two people who died because of me and I miss and love so much. Should I tell Peeta? Will he think in crazy? Am I crazy? They looked so real...
