"We should be able to make it in time for tonight." Andy said as they rushed down the six flights of stairs and past the gaping hole in the brick wall.

"I like this girl." Krundle said as he pointed his thumb at Lucy. "Cunning."

"Call me Lucy." Lucy said.

"Was not expecting tooth fairy." Krundle chuckled as he touched his bruised neck. "You fight much better than printer."

Lucy looked back with a confused expression but Andy shrugged at her and motioned her to turn back around. As Lucy stepped out of the stairwell she immediately backed up and pushed Andy and Krundle back in to close the door in font of them.

"What is wrong?" Krundle asked.

"It's the fuzz." Lucy said.

Krundle stared at her blankly and scratched at his arm self consciously.

"No, I mean it's the police. I guess they're here after all the damage Juggernaut over here did." Lucy explained.

Krundle looked down at his ripped and dusty shirt and fingered one of the tears.

"Oh. Good thing my car parked out back." Krundle said before he started back up the stairs. "Follow, I know fun way down."

Krundle lead them back up to the first floor and they exited the stairwell. Krundle counted as he walked past the apartment doors until he reached number five. He rapped the door gently.

"Housekeeping." He said in a poor attempt to sound feminine, though it was drowned out by his thick accent and deep voice.

After a few seconds of silence he placed one hand gently onto the door and pushed it off of it's hinges with a single shove. He stormed into the smoky apartment and swiped away the thick pungent smoke with one hand. They all stepped into the living room and six iridescently red eyes stared at them from within the slack jawed skulls of the intoxicated residents. One of them lazily waved at the trio and Lucy returned it with a small quick wave. The table in the middle of the room was riddled with drug paraphernalia with the impressive centrepiece of an elaborate glass bong several feet in height.

"We need your balcony." Krundle said.

The three residents exchanged glances with each other before they came to some kind of telekinetic consensus and simultaneously looked back over with Krundle whilst nodding their heads approvingly.

"Thank you." Krundle said uncomfortably as one of the residents gave him a lax thumbs up.

Krundle, Andy and Lucy walked single file across the living room and exited onto the balcony.

"The cops are downstairs by the way." Andy said as he closed the balcony door.

He was only able to witness their pained panicked expressions and their eyes enlarge into a collection of red dinner plates before the blinds swung over.

"Now is fun part!" Krundle said as he grabbed Andy and lifted him off of his feet. "Follow lead, little girl!"

Krundle, with Andy in arm, leapt off of the balcony and easily cleared the five metre distance between the balcony and the nearest car. Andy yelled as they fell free fall down towards the beige sedan beneath them. Krundle landed feet first onto the car's roof with the crunch of twisted metal as Andy rag dolled helplessly in his arm. They slid off the roof of the car and Lucy seemed to materialize next to them.

"Who's car is this?" Lucy said with a laugh.

"You know? I always wanted convertible." Krundle said as he started to tear the metal roof from the car.
