Animagus: illegal to permanent (On Hold)

"1,2,3!!" Bill and Melissa said together and lilliana turned into her animagus form for the first time. They were alone in the gryffindor common room practising.....After so much time she had finally turned into her animagus - A white owl.

Bill heard footsteps. "Lill!!! Someone's coming!!" He whispered.
Lilliana immediately trubed back to normal. "What are you both doing out of bed??" The gryffindor prefect asked. "Oh...umm...I sleepwalk...and he heard me and stopped me from going out...." Lilliana said. Bill agreed to it.
The prefect gave them a warning and told them to go to sleep. The both nodded and he left for his dormitory.

The Next Night, Melissa and Lilliana went to the school grounds to show Melissa her animagi form.
Bill was too busy sleeping and didn't bother to come.
An excited lilliana turned into her animagi form. "That's a snowy white owl!! You're animagus is so pretty lill!!!! You lucky girl!" Melissa said fascinated.
Lilliana hooted and started flying upwards.
"Don't go to high lill!!!"
Another hoot could be heard from lilliana making sure she won't.

Lilliana touched the clouds as she flew above them. A full moon could be seen.
She had never believed that something could be this beautiful. Her eyes ,now amber shined in the moonlight like a diamond in the sky.

Suddenly, a death eater came into her view...Lilliana knew she had gone too far. She immediately started flying back down. As the death eater saw her reaction, he immediately figured out that lilliana was an animagi.

He followed her until she almost reached the school grounds.
A curse came shooting at her and everything blacked out.

Melissa on the other hand, was looking up waiting for lilliana, only to see green sparks shooting across the sky. She immediately understood what happened and ran inside the castle straight to Dumbledore's office.
