*Nikita's P.O.V.*

"Relax, Niall!"

"I can't, he's being released today"

"I know, but he's not even allowed to leave Ireland. He's on probation" I told him, hoping that would help him relax.

"He'll find a way" he replied, still on edge.

He's been paranoid ever since I told him about Marcus's release. Constantly looking over his shoulder and doing everything he can to avoid drawing attention to himself, even letting his hair go back to it's natural brunette colour.

"It'll be a while before he figures out you live in London"

"Not really"

I sighed, knowing the only way I could calm him down would be to distract him.

"What would you like to do today?" I asked him. He shrugged in response. "You're a shrugger"

"That's not a word"

"Maybe not, but it describes you accurately"

"Oh, does it?" He smiled.

"Yeah, it does" I replied. Niall reached over and started to tickle me. "Niall, stop it!"

"Am I still a shrugger?" He chuckled.

"Yes!"

"How about now?" He said, still tickling me.

"Yes!"

I swatted his hands away before scooting away from him. He fake pouted at me.

"What do you want to do today?" I repeated.

"I don't know, there's probably something good on the Golf Channel we can watch" he said, grabbing the remote.

"Or we can go play mini golf" I suggested.

"That's an even better idea"

"I'm still not used to seeing you with brown hair" Louis told Niall as we sat under the tree like we usually do.

"Good, maybe Marcus won't recognize me either" Niall replied, pulling me closer so my back was pressed against his chest.

"How long has he been out?" Louis asked, taking a drag on his joint.

"About a week. He's got to know I'm in London by now"

"Even if he does know you're in London, it's gonna be a while before he figures out what part of London you're in" I told him, trying to calm him down.

"Unless he's a good guesser"

I looked at Niall and saw his eyes scanning the parking lot. He hasn't been himself lately, he's constantly watching his surroundings and he hasn't been saying much in conversations lately. I can't tell if it's because his mind is somewhere else, or if he doesn't want his accent to draw any attention.

Niall's arms tightened their grip around my waist as he rested his chin on my head.

I wish there was something I could do to help Niall. I don't like seeing him like this.

"It's a good idea to be cautious, but you shouldn't let your paranoia consume you. You'll drive yourself mad" Cher told Niall.

"I know, but I can't help it. You try having someone as dangerous as Marcus hunting you down"

I went upstairs to my room before getting ready for bed. Afterwards, I sat on my bed waiting for Niall.

I looked down at my alarm clock and saw Niall was late. That's weird, Niall's never late.

After fifteen minutes, I started to worry. I walked down to Harry's room, where he was laying on his bed texting.

"Harry, I need you to drive me to Niall's house"

"Why?" He asked.

"He hasn't showed up yet, he's never late!"

"He's probably just busy or something. He'll show up" he told me.

"Harry, I'm really worried about him"

"Why?"

"I'll explain everything in the car, c'mon let's go"
