Chapter 10 part 2: The Date

            “So where are we going now?” Camila asked as Lauren smiled while driving. “Somewhere you really love to go.” Lauren stated. “THE AMUSEMENT PARK!??!!” Camila exclaimed. Lauren nodded and Camila gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek. “You’re the best girlfriend ever!!!” Camila said. “No you are the best girlfriend ever.” Lauren said. “But.. I’m not even doing anything great to you yet.” Camila replied. “Sleepover.” Lauren winked at Camila. “Ooh.” Camila said smiling. “We’re here now.” Lauren said and parked her car, Lauren stepped out of the car and opened Camila’s door for her. “Let’s go?” Lauren asked and gestured a hand reaching for Camila. Camila nodded and grabbed Lauren’s hand and got out of the car and headed to the amusement park.

                Two hours passed in the amusement park with Lauren and Camila riding the roller coaster, Ferris wheel, merry go round, and they even took pictured and selfies with the fans who were at the amusement park. Lauren and Camila sat the bench while they were both eating a Cotton Candy that Camila bought. “I have to admit this is the best date I’ve ever had.” Lauren said. “Well, you planned it.” Camila replied and smiled at Lauren. Lauren smiled back at her and pecked her lips. “I wanna ride that!” Camila said pointing at the bumping cars and putting at Lauren. “Okay.” Lauren agreed and Camila grabbed Lauren’s hand and ran towards the ride.

                As it was their turn to get in the car, Lauren chose the violet car while Camila chose the pink one. As the music played (which was Happy by Pharell Williams), The cars started moving so was Camila and Lauren. Lauren started heading to Camila who was bumped a lot of times and she was now confused where to go now. As Lauren bumped Camila’s car, Camila moved her car backwards and bumped Lauren’s car harder making Lauren dizzy. In the whole ride, Lauren and Camila spent their times bumping and  chasing each other. As the ride was over, Camila ran to Lauren and hugged her girlfriend who was just getting out of the ride. “THAT WAS SO FUN!”  Camila said and Lauren hugged her back and made their noses touch.

                It was 5:00pm when Lauren suggested to ride the Ferris wheel the last time to watch the sunset there. Camila agreed and they both went together. As soon as they were on the top; The sun started to look it was sinking in the sea. “Bye sun.” Camila said with her eyes sparkling at the beautiful view. Little did Camila know, Lauren wasn’t admiring the sunset, she was admiring beauty which was more beautiful than the sunset. Lauren leaned in closer to Camila as their faces were now only inches apart. Camila looked at Lauren’s eyes and she already know what she was going to do. Lauren could feel Camila nervous at her sudden action so she slowly cupped Camila’s face and kissed her slowly. It wasn’t passionate, sweet, quick or the like. It was something special. Something to remember. It was the type of kiss that was extremely special, and Camila knew that this kiss, was the kiss she’ll never ever forget. Camila didn’t even regret that she gave almost all of her firsts to Lauren (first kiss and her first experience). As the Ferris wheel started going down, Lauren removed her hands from Camila and slowly pulled away from her. She could see Camila’s face flushed red. Lauren seductively licked her lips in front of Camila making the smaller girl squeak. “The sunset was beautiful.” Lauren said looking outside the Ferris wheel. “Y-yo-you didn’t e-even watch it.” Camila shyly replied. “Oh yeah? What did I do?” Lauren asked sarcastically. “Yo-um.. You kissed m-me.” Camila said making looking down to hide her blushing face. “Hmm… How was it?” Lauren asked again. “Great…” Camila said softly still looking down at her feet.  “What?” Lauren asked again sarcastically. “It was great!” Camila shouted as the Ferris Wheel stopped and they both headed outside holding each other’s hands .
