Chapter 3

(Still Annie's P.O.V)

I ran up to Sarah , she was lying on the floor bleeding . "Oh my god Sarah are you okay ?" I said worried . "I'd be lying if I said I was . Help me up ." I grabbed her hand and pulled her up . "They  pushed me and hit me and well now I'm bleeding . " She said looking at her cuts with an uncomfortable face . "Sarah I know you're a fan and all that but this is the fourth time this week ! You should really do something about it ."I replied annoyed .
We began walking to class . "What should I do? Tell my dad who probably doesn't give a shit or tell my mom who's already bundled up with stress over her own issues? Seriously ,Annie  I'll be fine . " She said rolling her eyes . "Ok then. But don't you want to go to the nurse room ? Or atleast get yourself a band-aid ." I said . She just shrugged it off like it was no big deal . I was going to make sure I would kick  Max and Harvey's frigging asses next time ! I don't care whether they're famous or not .We walked into class , where unfortunately Sarah sat next to Harvey and I sat next to Max . I made sure I glared at Harvey when I walked in , he better not bother Sarah .
"Hey Anna banana !" Max's voice greeted me as I went and sat next to him . "Don't . Call . Me .That ." I said through gritted teeth ."Why not ? " he replied with that infuriating smirk of his . "Because it's not my name and also because I hate it  . " I said deciding to ignore him . " You know you love it ." He sad winking . " Shut the hell up . Seriously , I heard what you did to Sarah and honestly it was not funny ,so if you don't want to know how much  it'll hurt when I kick you I suggest you don't do it again . Honestly don't you and you're brother even have a life?! What has she ever done to you ? And Max don't you dare ever do it again ."I said facing him with a threatening expression . He looked dazed and I'm pretty sure he wasn't listening but I really felt like ticking him off!  "Oh please! Are you like her Knight in shining armour ? That loser should atleast defend herself on her own." Max said rolling his eyes .
"Shut up ." I said annoyed . *Class Starts*

Max's P.O.V

I looked at the classroom door and waiting for 'someone' to come . And when she finally did I could help smiling a little bit . Annie was tagging along with her best friend Sarah,the loser as they walked into class. They seemed to be talking about something important and Annie looked disturbed . When I saw the cuts on Sarah's hand I couldn't help feeling satisfied with the cuts my brother  and I caused on her skin this morning .I noticed how Annie glared at Harvey and I knew there was something coming my way too . But weirdly Annie pretended to completely forget I even existed . So  I decided to do something I enjoyed very much . Annoying her . "Hey Anna banana " I said in an annoying voice . I knew she hated it when I called her that . "Don't.Call.Me.That ." She said . I could tell she was getting annoyed so I annoyed her further . I found her really cute when she was angry . Oh my god no . I did not just think that . I cleared my throat pushing that weird thought away . "Why not ?"  I said smirking .  "Because it's not my name and I hate it " she replied .
"You know you love it." I said winking . Then she told me to shut the hell up and told me that she would kick me if I hurt Sarah again . The threatening face she gave me would have been totally scary if her blue eyes didn't look so pretty . I was in a daze for  the rest of her lecture and finally found my tongue when she finished ."Oh please! Are you like her knight in shining armour? That loser should atleast defend herself on her own ."I said rolling my eyes .
"Shut up !" She replied .
Then class began. I would keep looking at her every now and then , admiring her cute pink ombré hair , looking at the way she scrunched up her nose when she was solving difficult Maths sums and I oddly noticed the way her eyes would continuously waver over to Tom . She didn't like him , did she ? I felt a tingling feeling of jealousy .

Sarah's P.O.V
I walked into class , Annie trailing behind me and I noticed the way she glared at Harvey . Honestly I was glad she had my back but she was always so paranoid about me . As if she thought I couldn't handle myself . Yeah my life was damn hard but I wasn't weak . Was I ? I sat next to Harvey and saw him looking at my cuts in pride . Yup he was obviously proud of the way he hurt me . Any other girl would die to be in my place . Sitting next to their celebrity crush . Well not when you're celebrity crush would beat you up all the time. I ignored  him and took out my textbook looking at my recently done homework . "So useless have you done you're homework ?" He said peering over my shoulder . I felt weird as he came closer to me . I could feel his warm breath on my neck and I turned red as my heart started beating  almost ten times faster . I decided to stick to my decision and ignore him . " Does that hurt ? " he asked me pointing at my cuts . I almost noted a trace of concern in his voice. Harvey Mills concerned about me ? I don't think so . "Well I'm used to you doing this everyday so..." I replied carelessly . But the truth was  yes , it did hurt . It hurt a lot . I pretended not to notice his constant gaze and the way he kept looking at me . Probably deciding a horrible way of hurting me yet again . I started solving maths sums as my attention turned to Mrs Valrie teaching us Algebra on the board. His eyes still on me .

Harvey's P.O.V
I noticed Sarah walk in with that Annie girl Max kept talking about . Annie glared at me and I glared back .Sarah looked upset and I  looked  in triumph and pride at the cuts we had given her . Not . I mean as much fun as it was seeing her lying helplessly on the floor , I think we went a little bit overboard with all the cuts . And I did say some pretty horrible things to her .Wait , what ?! Since when did I care. I had been bullying this freak for years and this wasn't the first time this week that we hurt her so badly so what was the deal ? I shook that confusing thought out of my head as she came and sat next to me . Her long wavy brown hair tied in a messy bun . Her eyes too busy reading last weeks homework . I wanted to say something to her so I just went with the first thing that came to my head . You look nice ? Wait no ...where the hell did that come from ? "So useless have you done your homework ?" I said moving closer to her . Her hair smelt like roses . I could feel my heart thumping , I was so close to her . Any other fans of both Max and me would have probably fainted if we came so close to them , but she wasn't a fan and in fact she doesn't even know that we're famous (barely anyone in our school did except Tom , Ethan ,Dobby , Emily , Kimberly and all ) so she continued to ignore me .I turned my attention to the deep red cuts on her arms . Ouch that looked like it hurt . "Does that hurt ?" I asked concern lacing my voice . I don't even know why I cared , but I did . I cared a lot . "Well I'm used to you doing this everyday so..."she said carelessly . I knew she was acting brave and I admired that but I wish she told me honestly .I felt a pang of guilt looking at those cuts . Shit! It was fun doing it but I knew it was hurting her and for some reason I didn't want to hurt her .I continued staring at her for the rest of the period .
