I'm Elounor's Child?

Chapter 2.

~Skye's P.O.V~

Me and Cody woke up, and he smiled at me.

"Morning!" He said, sitting up and yawning.

"Morning." I groaned, sitting up and stretching.

"What are we doing today?" He smiled at me.

"I don't know, whatever we want to do?" I laughed.

"We will find something. What time is it?"

"Ummm..." I trailed off, looking for my phone. I found it under some sheets and checked the time, 11:42am. "Twenty to twelve."

"Gosh, we've slept long enough! Come on and wake Dan and Anna!" He said, climbing out of the tent, he's so odd, yet he's amazing. "Dan! Anna! Wake up!" I heard, I laughed and got out of the tent.

"Mhmm. What time is it?!" Anna moaned, sticking her head out of the tent.

"Twenty to twelve." I told her.

"What?! We've slept too damn long!" She said, I pulled the tent zip to the side and just as I did, Anna slapped Dan in attempt to wake him up, he just groaned and rolled over.

"Let me handle this." Cody smirked, that smirk? I need to move, Anna does too, and not surprisingly, she does. "Belly flop!" Cody yelled, jumping through the zip and on top of Dan, me and Anna laugh so hard we collapse, and Dan hits Cody and they both laugh too.

Anna lifts her bag and goes into the tent Cody and I spent the night in, and about a minute later she comes back out with Cody's bag and puts it in the tent Dan and her spent the night in, I give her a confused look and she stares at me blankly.

"What? You want to get changed in the same tent as Cody?" She said, I raised my eyebrow, that's a good point. Me and Anna got changed and I done my mascara, and she put on her eyeliner and mascara and a touch of lipgloss to top it off. We leave the tent and Cody and Dan are already waiting.

"You took long enough!" Dan laughs.

"Oh shut up we didn't even take that long!" Anna replies, taking his hand and pulling him towards her.

"Uh? Anna? Anything you should tell me?" I said.

"What? No." She said, looking genuinely confused.

"You and Dan?" I smirked.

"Oh yeah! I thought it was obvious." She laughed.

It was obvious, I just wanted her to admit it to me.

"Will we go back into town? Leave our bags at mine and go into town?" Cody asks, smiling at me. His smile is so perfect, his dimples dotting each end of it, it's adorable.

"Yeah!" Anna protests, almost immediately. I laugh and we all start to walk back towards town.

It's all very quiet and awkward, Cody moves closer to me and takes my hand in his and I smile.

"Oh my gosh!" Anna shouts, typing on her phone.

"What happened?" I ask her, stopping.

"Sammie? And that secret boyfriend of hers? Yeah, she's pregnant!"

"What?! She's fifteen, he's twenty! I thought she had more self respect than that!" I exclaim.

"Yeah everyone did, she has baby feet beside her name? And her status is 'so happy after that news!' With baby feet as well?!"

"But that doesn't mean she is pregnant." Dan tells her, we start walking again.

"Oh Dan, don't be delusional! It's obvious, and her best friends status is also 'soon to be a god mum!', they couldn't have made it more obvious!"

"Wow, I can't believe that.' Cody says, I smile, he's still holding my hand.

"I never thought Sammie would be the first of us all to get pregnant, I thought she'd be respectful enough to wait until she's married!" Dan tells us.

"Yeah I thought that too, obviously we were wrong?" Anna replied.

"Obviously." Cody laughs, then we all laugh, and we continue walking until we get to Cody's house.

"Mum we're back!" He yells. "Just leave your bags under the stairs, we can come back for them later."

"Would you like anything to eat?" Cody's mum shouts back, from upstairs.

"Nah, we're going into town, we can get subway or a chippy or something." He tells her, I smile at how well they get along, any other boy would kill his mum, Cody tells her everything. We set our bags down and leave, going up town, Cody's ex sees us, and he's holding my hand again, she gives me really dirty looks before coming up to him.

"Hey Cody!" She smirks, shoving me out of the way.

"Oh, um, hey Alyssa." He replies, gripping my hand tighter, she notices and slaps his arm, making him let go of me.

"Haven't seen you in a while!" She smiles, playing with his hair.

"That was sort of the point..." He trails off. I look at Anna and she rolls her eyes and I do too.

Alyssa laughs and smiles at him. "Oh Cody, you're still funny!"

He looks blank. "What? I wasn't being funny.." He said quietly.

"So, I was thinking, maybe we should get back together?" She smiles, wrapping her arms around his neck. My eyes widen, and Anna's eyes fill with anger.

"What?!" Cody exclaims, backing away from her.

"You know, me and you? I made a big mistake dumping you and-"

"I dumped you." he states, cutting her off. she doesn't look happy now.

"My point is, I have missed you, and if think we should get together again."

She misses him?! No. I know he hates her, but I can't have her ruining my chances. I don't blame her for missing him, I mean, he's amazing. But he's not available right now. Well, he will be available, but not for much longer.

"Sorry Alyssa, I'm taken." He smiles.

"What?! By who?!" She snaps. Cody comes over and takes my hand.

"Skye."

Alyssa gives me a dirty look, and Anna laughs.

"You tramp!" Alyssa snaps at me, turning around and whipping me with her long blond hair as she does so. She makes me laugh, she thinks she's the queen. She really needs to wise up. We all look at each other, and laughed, as if we read each other's minds.

We go into plenty of shops, because of me and Anna, they're mostly clothing shops, and we're not even sorry.

We get back to Cody's house after a while, and then we all go home. It was a good weekend, I enjoyed it. Back to school tomorrow though, ugh.

Hey guys, quite a short chapter, this was on my phone so yeah, the next few chapters might be quite short.

I only ended here because I cannot concentrate at all, I've just got a boyfriend two days ago, but four days ago me and my best friend fell out, and now she's trying to get in the middle of it all, and I had a dream where she did actually break us up and I just can't stop overthinking things.

I'll update better in a few days, okay?
