When I woke up Smoke was still asleep. His arm still around me . I wanted to just stay there but I had to pee plus it felt late in the evening.

I maneuver my way out of his hold but he still didn't wake up.

I went into the bathroom and fixed my hygiene. When I came back out Smoke's phone was on the nightstand vibrating indicating a incoming call.

It was Daisy so I took it upon myself to answer.

"Arely speaking." I said knowing that she would be shocked and start to jump to conclusions.

"I know damn well..." she said. I laughed a little.

By this time Smoke was moving a little like he was about to wake up.

"So I'm in the club getting cheated on and your ass is caked up with the cheaters best man." She suddenly said.

"...wait what?" I asked. Did she just say she was getting cheated on?

"Who is that?" Smoke asked sitting up looking at me rubbing his eyes.

'Shhh. It's Daisy.' I said giving him the finger .

He frowned up and started shaking his head. He got up and went to the bathroom pushing the door up a little bit to where I could hear his heavy pee hit the toilet.

"Do you hear me?" Daisy asked snappin me from my thoughts.

"Oh yea, yea I'm here, I'm listening." I tried to assure her.

"No you ain't here, youre there all lovey duvey while your best friend is over here miserable about this bitch ass boy!" She said.

"Calm down Day, look, Smoke is about to bring me there I been looking for you all night anyway." I told her.

"It's a long story." She said like she was overwhelmed.

Smoke came out of the bathroom washing his face and going to a closet .

"I'll be there, we'll talk then." I told her hanging up.

I sighed.

Smoke pulled in front of Daisy's house.

I thought he was going to say he would be picking me up later or something so I was moving all slow but he wasn't saying nothing. I was about to close the door when he said.

"Make sure to get a phone, it ain't safe." He said.

"Ok." I said. He put the car in drive and I shut the door watching him speed off.

"Damn bitch! You gone watch the nigga drive off into the sunset." I heard Daisy say!

I mentally rolled my eyes turning around, I grinned at her.

She stood in the doorway half naked with this big ass pink furry robe on.

"Pa-lease." I said walking past her.

"Now, what happened!" I immediately asked her.

"See, I knew you was my bitch!" She said grinning at me.

"What happen Day? Cause he gotta be a damn fool to cheat on a bad bitch like you!" I said amping her up but I was being honest.

"I caught him, coming out of the restroom with a bitch.." she said.

"Oh hell nah. What'd you do?" I asked immediately. We were now comfortable on the couch.

"...pulled my pistol like a G, ran off crying like a bitch." She said shaking her head. "In the midst of it all 12 came through shutting down somebody got killed." She said.

I tensed up a little, thinking about when Smoke killed the guy.

"Yeah, I heard. Smoke and I left." I told her.

"Hmm..speaking of him, what y'all do last night." She asked me.

"Nothing, I was only with him because your butt wouldn't answer the phone." I told her.

"Girl the whole night went bad." She said grabbing her weed tray and beginning to roll one.

"What you gone do?" I asked her about Tez.

"...ion know, I love that nigga but I guess I gotta move on because I'm too good for it. It's definitely a bitch he knows, I also saw it in his phone. He text and delete." She shrugged.

"I know it's not that easy." I said.

"It ain't." She admitted.

"I called Ryder over, we gone chill here for a min and then roll to the trap later." She said.
