I wake up to a pounding on my door. Hanna is up too. We walk to the door from our beds in the Factory. I open up the door to see police officers looking at us.

"Hanna Pexil and Eva Polan, you are under arrest for leaving school grounds, and sneaking to the Factory."

Oh my God. They found us. How? We were so sure. We worked so hard. Now I am just going to die. Die because I just had to see something. Curiosity killed the cat or Eva. The police officers hand cuff us and drag us outside. My ankle hurts so bad. They basically drag me, because I can't stand. I get in the back of the car with Hanna. They slam the door almost hitting my finger. They man gets in the front and drives off.

Who told? I thought no one would know. I am so naïve, of course someone knew. Ms. Aceti basically knew. Mitch knew. But he must love Hanna. It couldn't have been him. Or could it? Hanna is crying. Then I realize I am too. I don't want to be taken to prison, then my execution I know that is what is coming.  All for a stupid idea.

I want to jump out of the car. I want to not be going to prison. My dad would be so upset with me. Even thought he would respect my decision, he would still be disappointed in me. I look out the car window. It may be the last time I can.

We drive for 20 more minutes. Then we reach a large building. That reminds me of Bratten. The cops come and drag me inside. Hanna and I are placed in the same cell. I want to get out. I have a freak out. I can't be trapped. anymore. I have been trapped my whole life! Not anymore. I can't handle it. I start crying and screaming. Kicking the door. Even though my ankle hurts. Hanna just sits on her bed waiting for me to calm down. Five minutes later I do.

"Hanna Pexil you are free to go, someone is here for you?"

Wait what. She's in prison. You don't just get freed. You are stuck here. We have a trial. Who came for her? Who is so powerful that he can take her. Hanna hugs me. I will miss her. I  Then he comes, the man who is taking Hanna. Mitch.

Really? How did he know. I thought he told. All you have to do is know royalty to get out of prison. Hanna deserves it though. She is a really good person. At least she will be happy.

An officer comes in and tells me I have trial in the morning. I like to call it 'the place where the officially plan my death' tomorrow will be my last full day alive. I just sit on the bed.

I haven't done a lot in my life. I did in a way though. I am happy with my self. I am happy I risked everything to go to the factory. I really am. I had to see it. I could die any die. But I wanted to see the factory before I did. The only regret I have is not giving Kim that letter. I have it in my pocket. They didn't take it. I am happy. I hope Kim see's it one day.

It is early but I fall asleep anyway. When I wake up an officer is taking me to the trial. We walk outside, while I am handcuffed. I am put into a car and taken to the court room.

There are not many people inside. But there are a few. James the guard, and Ms. Aceti. Those are the only one's I recognize. Why is Ms. Aceti here anyway. I still can tell about what she did. But who would believe me know? No one, probably. They take me to a seat in the back.

They talk about what I did. The court session goes by fast. Next thing I know the jury is in the back. Will they let me go? Maybe, just maybe. Please, Hanna got to go. Why couldn't take me with them. I want to go home. Not the school. Home. With my parents. In the common town. I want to go home.

After 20 minutes the jury comes back out. Here is the moment of truth.

Guilty

Execution tomorrow 8am.

I am dying. I will be killed tomorrow. I am leaving this world tomorrow. In a way it is a relief to be leaving the separation of the city. But I am not ready to leave yet. An officer takes me back to a cell. I go to my bed. I fall asleep after crying for an hour.

I wake up. That was the worst dream. I am back in the factory. No pounding on my door. Hanna is safe. I am safe. I am not going to my execution. I am heading back to school today.
