~ Austin's POV ~
I walked back to Ally. Maia's accent was perfect, she had amazing hair, I knew she was the one. "Guess who got a date with the new girl? This guy!" I said. Ally looked down and nodded. "Yep" she said. When class was over I went and got my books quickly and ran over to Maia. "So where are you going to take me tonight?" Maia asked. I smirked and said, "Its a surprise" She laughed and I did to. She was definitely the one for me.
~ Ally's POV ~
When I heard Austin got a date with Maia, my heart melted. I then felt someone tapping my shoulder. It was Maia. "Hey I'm Maia" she said. I smiled through the pain, "I'm Ally" I said. She asked if me and Austin were a thing and I shook my head no. "We're just... friends" I said. She smiled. "Well Ally I think we would make really good friends!" she said. I smiled and nodded kinda agreeing with her. I think we would be best friends if I were the one going on a date with Austin. We talked until class officially started.
Math finally ended and I went to my locker. I was going to talk to Austin but he got his books really quick and left to follow Maia. "Ally, I'm so sorry!" I heard someone say. It was Rydel. I sighed, "Its fine, but he chose Maia" I said. I didn't talk to Austin for the rest of the day. If I did I felt like I would cry. When school was over, me and Rydel walked over to Austin's car. He was waiting for us. "About time!" he said. I got in the passenger side and Rydel got in the back. Austin looked at me strange. "Ally is everything all right?" he asked me. I looked up at him and said, "Yea I just... have a stomach ache" I said lying through my teeth. The rest of the car ride we didn't talk.
~ Austin's POV ~
"Rydel! Whats wrong with Ally?" I asked her. She shrugged, "You heard her she doesn't feel good" she said. I rolled my eyes, "You and I both know that's not true" I said. "Well how about you ask her!" She said standing up yelling. I sighed and went up to my room and slammed the door. I laid on my bed and thought about reasons why Ally would be upset. Then it hit me! She was upset cause... My phone went off. It was Maia. 'When are you picking me up?' I thought and texted her back saying 'In an hour so dress your best ;)' I put on a tuxedo and left my house. I rang Maia's doorbell and she opened it. She looked amazing! She was wearing a black dress. She had some black heels on and a necklace with some bracelets.
"Ready to go?" I asked smiling. She smiled and said, "Yep!" We got into my car and started to drive towards the movies. "So can you tell me where were going?" she asked. I laughed and nodded. "We are going to the movies and then out to dinner" I said. She smiled and I smiled back. When we finished our date I dropped her off at her house. It was 9pm. I headed home and saw Ally playing basketball. I remember what I was thinking about before Maia texted me. I walked over to Ally. "Ally we need to talk!" I said. She looked at me and sighed. "What about?" she asked. "I know why your upset! You don't like the fact that me and Maia are dating!" I said. Her eyes widened, "Your dating?!?! Does that mean-" she started but I cut her off. "Yes we have had our first kiss" She looked like she was crying but I couldn't tell. "Well I should get some rest" she said. "Ally wait! I'm sorry" I said. She just nodded and went inside. I walked in my house and sat on the couch.
What was I thinking?! I want to be with Ally not Maia! I totally messed up. Ally is upset and is hardly talking to me and Maia well shes Maia! I thought real hard about this. I must have thought for a while cause when I got back in reality it was already 1am. I went upstairs and changed into some sweatpants and a shirt. I fell asleep thinking about Ally and Maia. What was I going to do?
- SATURDAY -
~ Ally's POV ~
Finally its Saturday! Yesterday sucked for me! I saw Maia and Austin kissing. Austin and me got into a fight. And we haven't talked since. I got up and brushed my teeth. I looked at myself in the mirror. Tears rolled down my face and I wiped them away. I put on a black t-shirt that said 'NERD', some turquoise pants, a turquoise beanie and some colorful converse. I went downstairs and headed outside to play some basketball. A few minutes later this black mustang pulled up my drive way. I smiled when I saw this brown haired boy walked out. It was my cousin Rocky! "Rocky!" I said running up to him. "Hey Ally" he said. I hugged him.
Me and Rocky went outside and we just talked. "How have you been?" I asked him. "Good actually! I've been working on my music and we decided to move here!" he said. I gave him a confused look. "Me, my mom and dad decided to move here!" he said. I smiled "That's awesome!!" I said. He laughed and smiled back. "So your going to my school?" I asked. He nodded. "Well wanna go play basketball?" He asked. "One on one?" I asked, he nodded. "Sure" I said. We went outside and played some basketball. I won cause I'm awesome!! Just kidding. I lost by 3 points. Rocky and my aunt, and uncle stayed the night. I woke up to cold water running down my face. I opened my eyes to see Rocky pouring water on me. "Rocky!!" I said getting up and taking water and pouring it on his precious hair. "My hair!!!" he said. I giggled and went and took a shower. When I got out I put on the same thing I had on yesterday. I basically watched tv with Rocky. Rocky and his family had to stay another night cause the family in their new house still had to move out.
- THE NEXT DAY -
I woke up and brushed my teeth. I put on a black tank top with roses on them. Some blue jean shorts, some sandals, some bracelets and a cute ring. I put my hair in a fishtail braid and put it to the side. I grabbed my purse and headed downstairs. I saw Rocky putting on his jacket. "Want me to drive you to school?" he asked. "No I.... Yes!" I said. He looked at me confused. "I want you to take me to school!" I said. "Ok ok" he said. "Sorry I'm just a little sleepy" I said. "I can tell" he mumbled. I rolled my eyes and we headed out the door.
When we got there I saw Austin kissing Maia again. When they pulled apart Austin came up to me. "Ally we need to talk" he said. I didn't reply to him. I was still mad at him. "Ally please!" He said. I turned to him and waited for him to say something. He looked around for some reason and then he leaned in and kissed me. The crazy thing is I kissed back.
