~ Ally's POV ~
I woke up the next morning. When we all got home we were really tired. I didn't even bother changing into PJs. I got up, brushed my teeth and looked for something to wear today. It was finally Friday! I decided to wear something cute but casual. I put on a short sleeve pink plaid shirt, some ripped jeans and some black heels. I kept my hair down but made some beach waves. I grabbed my book bag and headed downstairs. I got me and apple and sat at the counter. "So you and Austin dating now?" Rocky asked me. I smiled and nodded. "What about you and Maia? Are you guys dating?" I asked him. He smiled too and nodded. "Hey want me to take you to school?" He asked me. I told him I would be riding with Austin and Rydel. He left a few minutes before we did. "Hey baby!" I said hopping into Austin's car. "Hey!" he said. I leaned in a gave him a quick kiss on the lips and we started for school.
"So whens are first date?" I asked Austin as we approached our lockers. He smirked and said, "Tonight! But I cant tell you wear" I raised an eyebrow and he just keep smirking. We basically didn't pay any attention to anything our teachers were saying cause we were to busy talking. "Just tell me!!!" I yelled/whispered. He shook his head no. I glared at him and he just laughed. I rolled my eyes. We finally started to pay attention when we got to fifth period. That was our favorite class. "Ok everyone! You are going to be writing another song but this time you can have a partner. You don't have to but if you want to you can" Mrs. Carlson said. "Ally wanna be my partner?" Austin asked. I smiled and nodded.
When school ended Austin dropped me off. "Oh don't forget to wear something pretty" he said winking. I laughed and rolled my eyes. Rydel came with me to my house. She was going to help me find the perfect outfit. "No dresses all over my floor this time" I said and she just rolled her eyes. "Oooh! How about this?" she asked holding a dress that had blue on the top part and white on the bottom. She also was holding some black heels. "Cute!" I said. I went and put it on in the bathroom. When I walked out Rydel's mouth dropped wide open. "What? Do I look fat?" I asked. She giggled. "No you look amazing!" she said. I smiled at that and I kept my hair down but curled it. I put on some makeup and got a text. I looked for my phone which was covered by a mountain of dresses. I finally found it and it read 'You ready? ;)' It was from Austin of course and I texted back saying 'You bet ;)' Rydel wished me good luck and I went downstairs. I went out the door and got into Austin's car.
He took me to the carnival. There were a lot of people here since it was the last day of the carnival. He didn't wear anything fancy but I was cool with it. We listened to music, ate pizza and cotton candy, went on the rides and played at some of the booths. It was a lot of fun. We were walking around when my favorite song came on. It was 'Bottoms Up' by Brantley Gilbert. I started singing and Austin just laughed. Not mean but like a loveable way. Austin bought me some popcorn and we went on the Ferris wheel. We saw the sun setting and at the top of the Ferris wheel we kissed.
It was 9 o'clock and we were leaving. This was a really good first date. "Austin! I had so much fun" I said smiling. "Me too" he said smiling back at me. He dropped me off at my house and I went in. "How was your date?" Rocky asked me walking into the living room eating a piece of pizza. I smiled going over the whole date again. "It was magical! Amazing, awesome, perfect!" I said. He smiled and nodded. We sat in the living room watching tv. He fell asleep and I went to my room and fell asleep.
- 2 MONTHS LATER -
Finally! Summer Break! This is what I'm talking about! We were packing to head to my parent's lake house. It was going to be only me, Austin, Rydel, Rocky, Maia, Dez and Trish. I couldn't wait to get there! I put on a blue tank top, some white shorts and some sandals. I put my hair in a side ponytail and grabbed my suitcases to take down to Rocky's car. Austin, Rydel and Rocky were ready and I had to run upstairs and grab a few more things. I went back upstairs after giving Austin my suitcases and I got my purse. I took out my sunglasses, phone and headphones. I also put my songbook in my purse and took a last glance at my room. I checked my purse for my wallet and put it in my back pocket. We went to pick up Dez, Maia and Trish. When we did we left for the lake!
"This is gonna be an amazing week!" Maia said. "I know right! Ally your parents are so cool for letting us go by ourselves!" Rydel said. I giggled and said, "Yea but as long as we keep an eye on the boys making sure they don't destroy the place" All us girls started laughing. "Haha so funny I forgot to laugh" said Austin. I rolled my eyes and he smiled. We had an hour till we got there so I decided to listen to some music. The boys took turns driving and now Dez was driving. I laid back in my seat and listened to music.
We finally reached the lake house and started to unpack. The girls would share a room and the boys would share another. My parents lake house was really big and had a lot of beds cause when my parents were dating they always had parties and had all their friends come over and stay the night. When we girls finished unpacking we took turns in the bathroom changing into our bathing suits. I was first and changed into my neon pink two piece bathing suit. I put my blue tank top, white shorts and sandals back on when I got my bathing suit on. We grabbed some drinks, snacks and a whole bunch of other stuff. Everyone was down at the docks except me. I was letting our dogs out. Our lake house neighbors always fed them and let them run around our yard.
"Ally is that you?" I heard someone say. I turned around and saw Mrs. Pam our neighbor who took care of our dogs. I smiled and said, "Yes ma'am it is!" She smiled and came and gave me a hug. "You've grown up! Last time I saw you, you were like what? 8? And now your..?" She started and stopped cause she didn't know how old I was. I giggled and said, "18" Her eyes widen and she said, "I haven't seen you in 10 years!" she said. I nodded and we talked some more. When we finished I finally finished letting the dogs out. "Hey Poppy! Hey Crystal!" I said petting their heads. We walked down to the dock and Austin asked me where I was. I told him I was just talking to my neighbor.
