~ Austin's POV ~
"Hey, can we talk to you in our room for a minute?" Rocky asked me. I nodded and we got up and went to our room. Rocky shut the door and I sat on the bed while him and Dez sat on the opposite bed. "What's up?" I asked. Rocky sighed, "Dude Ally's hurting really bad" I sighed. "Well she shouldn't have broke up with me or answered my phone" Rocky and Dez looked at each other and back at me. "Ok first of all, she broke up with you cause you were dating another girl. Second of all, she answered because she saw the caller ID and was curious" Rocky said. I looked down at the floor. "Think about all the times you've had together! You hardly fought unless a girl was involved" Dez said. I thought back on when I first saw her, I thought back on when she thought I was a bad boy, jock kinda guy, I thought back on when Ally got beat up by Dallas. Dez was right, we only fought when another girl was involved and I was the one to being them into Ally's life. "Yea but I don't think she would want me back even if I broke up with Grace" I said. They both nodded. "I liked it before we started dating, it was a lot less drama filled" I said.
~ Ally's POV ~
Rydel came into my room. I was sitting on my bed writing in my song book. "Are you ever gonna come out?" Rydel asked me. I sighed, "Not unless the Grace girl leaves" I said, "Its to painful to be around her" Rydel nodded. "Ally? Did you ever notice you and Austin only fought when another girl was involved?" she asked. I didn't really think about that. I guess she's right. "Your right. I liked things the way they were when we first started hanging out" I said. "The guys are talking to him right now" she said. I nodded, "When their done tell Austin I want to talk to him" I said. She nodded, "Well if is make you feel any better, Grace likes another guy" she said. I sat up and asked her who. "This guy named Garrett" she said. I nodded.
~ Rydel's POV ~
I left the room and asked if I could talk to Trish and Maia alone. They both got up and I led them to the boys room. "What are y'all doing in here?'' Austin asked. "We all need to talk" I said. We all talked about how Austin and Ally thought it was easier when they started hanging out and before they dated. "Austin, Ally told me she's not coming out of her room cause its to painful to be around Grace" I said. He sighed, ''Well I think I'm gonna break up with Grace tonight'' he said. "Tonight!? Why not now?" Trish asked. "Cause she drove all the way here to see me" he said. I looked to the girls and back at Austin. He raised an eyebrow. "Austin, she won't be mad at you break up with her" Maia said. He give her a confused look and I said, "She likes another guy" He nodded and said, "That will make it a lot easier" We all walked out of the room and I told Austin that Ally wanted to talk to him.
~ Ally's POV ~
Austin opened the door and closed it. I stood up and walked over to him. "Just so you know, I'm breaking up with Grace tonight'' he said. I nodded and said, ''Even though your doing this it doesn't mean we are getting back together" He sighed and nodded. After a few minutes of silence Austin said, ''Things were easier before we dated like when we started hanging out" I nodded. "Random question. When you break up with Grace, you wanna see if everyone is ready to leave. Cause I am'' I said. "Yea I'm ready to leave too" he said. I smiled up at him and he smiled back. "Friends?'' he asked. "Friends'' I said smiling up at him. He smiled back and we hugged.
~ Austin's POV ~
It was getting night and Grace was getting ready to leave. I walked up to her and asked if we could talk. She nodded. We sat down in two chairs near by. "There's no easy way to say this but...'' I said trying to find the right words. "But your breaking up with me" Grace said finishing my sentence. I sighed, ''Your a great girl and any guy would be lucky to have you. I'm just not that guy I guess'' She stood up, "Its fine Austin. I'm not mad at you'' she said smiling. I smiled at her and she finished getting her stuff together. We all waved bye as she drove off. A few minutes later Ally came down. "So I just wanna know what's up with you too'' Trish said as everyone walked over to us. ''We are just friends but we wanted to ask you guys something'' Ally said. They all looked at us waiting for our question. ''Do you guys want to pack up and leave tonight?'' I asked. They all nodded and Rocky said, ''Its been fun being here but I'm ready to head home" We nodded in agreement and went to the house to start packing.
~ Ally's POV ~
I told everyone I was putting the dogs in the cage and going to tell my neighbor we we're leaving. I walked over to Mrs. Pam's house and knocked on her door. She opened it and said, "Hey Ally. What brings you here?'' I smiled at her and said, "I just wanted to tell you me and my friends are leaving to go back home tonight, so will you watch the dogs?" She smiled at me, "Of course dear" She hugged me and I hugged back. ''Oh and dont wait ten years to come and see me'' she said laughing. I laughed too and I went back to our house.
We were on the road, the boys would be taking turns driving as always. It was now 11:37pm and it takes about an hour to get home and we left about ten minutes ago. Us girls were getting ready to fall asleep so we put our headphones in and listened to music.
- ALLY'S DREAM -
Austin and I were eating ice cream when Austin bumped into a blonde haired girl. "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry" she said. ''Its fine'' he said. The blonde girl looked up at him and smiled, he smiled back. "I'm Olivia'' she said. "Well Olivia, I'm Austin. Austin Moon" he said. He didn't introduce me at all, it was like I was invisible. "Well Austin Moon, wanna hang out?" she asked him. He threw his ice cream away and said yes. They walked off holding hands and I stood there like I didn't exist.
When Austin got home I told my mom I was going to see him. I knocked on the door and Mimi answered. "Hey Ally. Are you here to see Rydel?'' she asked. "No I'm actually here to see Austin" I said smiling. She smiled back and said he was in his room. I thanked her and went to Austin's room. I opened the door and saw him laying on his bed smiling like a retard. "Hey remember me?" I said as I walked over to him. He raised an eyebrow and said, "What's your problem?'' Doesn't he know he fell for another girl and I'm heartbroken. And no we are not dating anymore if that's what your thinking. "My problem is you left me to hang out with that Olivia girl'' I yelled. He gave me a confused look and said, "Ally, me and you didn't hang out today'' he said. He forgot we hung out. Looks like he really does like her, he's over me. "Whatever" I said walking out of his room but he stopped me. "Ally we can hang out tomorrow" he said. I sighed, ''No we can't, cause if we do you will probably fall for another random girl and date her behind Olivia's back and leave me heartbroken'' I said. He gave me a confused look and said, ''So what are you saying?" I started tearing up, ''You will always leave me heartbroken so I think we should.....not be friends anymore" I said. He just stared at me and I left. I ran to my house, sat on the steps of the porch and cried.
- END OF DREAM -
I woke up breathing really hard. "Ally? What's wrong?'' Austin asked from the passenger side. When I calmed down I said, ''I had a horrible dream" Him and Rocky looked at each other and Austin looked back at me. ''What was it about?'' he asked. ''Hold on, Rocky can we stop at that gas station?'' I asked pointing to one. He nodded and drove into the parking lot. We all got out stretched, used the restrooms and got us food and drinks. Everyone was in the car except me and Austin. We were in front of the car talking about my dream.
''So we stopped being friends cause I left you heartbroken?" Austin asked. Tears were rolling down my face as I nodded. "Do you think that will really happen?" Austin asked getting all nervous. That made me nervous too, I shrugged, ''I don't know" Austin sighed. I was still crying. I would die inside if we stopped being friends. After a few minutes of silence Austin spoke up, ''Even though we broke up, I will always love you'' That made me smile and he smiled back. "I will always love you too" I whispered. He hugged me and I hugged back.
