Arthur
Mordred had just summoned me to the throne room for something. Please be good.
He looked up "I know where Merlin is, sire!" My eyes get wide and I feel like hugging the man, but what if he knows because he is a traitor? No never mind he is a knight.
"Where?" My voice was so eager and demanding.
"The Dark Tower, sire!" He said. Did we not check there? How could we miss that!
"Get everyone ready and prepare the horses!" I say I feel like old times.
"Who is all coming?" He asks before leaving.
"You and The Knights of the Round Table." I say "We leave in an hour!" At that, I run to my chambers to pack. Merlin would have been doing this but you know. But now we get him back even it is risking my life.
When we leave I go at at fast gallop, I don't have time for trotting. Merlin needs our help in whatever condition he is in.
"Sire, it is nice to see you again." Elyan said.
"It is nice to be out of that room." I say back.
After a few hours of riding we have to set up camp. I couldn't rest because Merlin is just so close. I want him with me, making me laugh. I want to hug him so badly right now. A tear runs down my cheek as I say that.
"Sire, he is going to be here, I can feel it." Lancelot says as he sits down beside me.
"I really hope your senses are right." I say "I really missed all of this. I can't believe that losing Merlin took so much more away."
"Because he is your best friend, sire." Lancelot says as he gets up.
He definitely was my best friend and I can't lose him to some cowards.
"We leave at first light!" I say
We left way earlier than first light. But we were up and leaving as fast as we could. After about a half an hour we were in the desert and I spotted the tower Merlin was in. My best friend.
"We really need to hurry!" Mordred said. He was right Merlin can not wait any longer.
We sped up our horses and as we got closer my heart started beating faster and my head could only think of one thing...............Merlin.
A few more minutes and we will be there. I will have Merlin with me.
