Fast forward a year. Let's say Fiona is home and recovered (for the sake of my heart) , and it's Jacob's birthday again. This year he decides to show the peculiars a game he liked, called laser tag. His parents agreed to rent the place for the afternoon, and they would invite his family over another time. After Jacob had mentioned it over dinner, there had been a buzz from the peculiars. And finally, finally, the day had come.

During breakfast, some were too excited to eat, while others ate fast enough for the rest of them.
"Jacob, it it cheating if I don't wear my shoes while we play laser tag?" Olive asked through bites of pancake.
Jacob muffled a laugh. "Yes, Olive. Any use of peculiarities is cheating."
She huffed, and reached for more syrup.
"Trust me, I'll go over the rules before we start." Jacob said.
Miss Peregrine and Jacob's parents were going to stay home, since they wouldn't play it would reduce the cost of the afternoon.

Time skip to after breakfast

The peculiars went on to do their own thing for the next few hours until they leave. Enoch and Horace to the basement, Claire and Olive to their room, Emma, Jacob, and Millard into Jacob's room, Fiona and Hugh to the garden, Bronwyn to the kitchen. They all hung out until noon, when they left for "Glo-Town".

This is where i left off over a year ago. I did the same with my other book. I felt I needed to explain my absence and apologize so here it is. I love the MPHFPC books with all of my heart, but I got distracted with different shows and other things that I "loss interest" in writing for a while. I am truly sorry. I hope you can forgive me for doing something so crummy. I still love writing and I hope I can pick up where i left off after the new book releases.(A Map Of Days, October 2) (Which I am very excited for) Thank you all for the love and support my stories got when I wasn't on Wattpad. I really look forward to maybe trying to write again. Feel free to continue sending prompts or just talking to me, I would love to get to know some of you.
