Clarke's POV
"Are you sure about this Clarke?" My mom asked from behind me, we were walking to the gate where the six grounders were waiting
"A little to late to say no isn't it?"
"Don't worry Abby I'll take care or her" Bellamy said putting a comforting hand on Abby's shoulder
"She is my princess after all" he said smirking at me and I playfully shoved him and stuck my tongue out
"Kids no flirting in front of the great commander" my mom said making me laugh. We had decided it was best for Abby, Bellamy and myself to go to the meeting and were getting ready to head out

We walked for about a mile straight to a tent which was bigger then all the others, seems fitting for a big headed commander. As we approached a tall buff man was standing outside he had a long beard he seemed mad about something, maybe that was just his face.
"If you so much as look at her the wrong way, I will slit your throat"
"Gustus, bring them in" a familiar voice said and I wasn't wrong to recognize it since it was coming from Anya. I looked back at Bell and Abby who both had a determined face and we proceeded to walk in together.
As I walked in there was a woman more like a girl around my age in a throne. Her beauty to elaborate to accurately describe with words. This is not what I expected for the great commander but I wouldn't be so stupid as to underestimate her
"You're the one who burned 300 of my warriors alive" she said playing with a dagger
"You're the one who sent them there to kill us" I retorted
"How do YOU propose we solve this Klarke of the sky people"
"It was my understanding you were the one with a solution to offer" I could've sworn I saw her smirk before a woman from the corner interrupted
"You will mind the way you speak to her"
"Indra" the commander said with the raise of a hand and Indra stepped down
"Yes I do." She said drawing her attention back to me "I'm not sure if you know of our ways Klarke but blood must always have blood. One of your people have unjustly killed one of our warriors and for that the culprit must pay"
I looked back at my mom confused by the information
"Charlotte" is all my mom said. Well wasn't it just utterly stupid for no one to tell me about this
"That can't be the only solution" I said turning back to the commander
"It is. And it's your only option. You have taken 300 life's away from me all I ask for in return is one."
"She's nothing but a child" my mom chimed in
"Doesn't change the fact that she is a killer"
All three of us stayed quiet.
"If we refuse?"
"I will not stop until all of Skykru is dead"
Sacrifice one to save all. Sounds like an easy choice but if that's the case then we'll slowly start losing the humanity we worked hard to gain back I couldn't let that happen
"We reject the offer."
