Chapter 8

"She waste no time does she" Bell said from the door way of my room. The commander gave me a day to pack and we leave today. I'm not sure what I'm feeling, maybe I'm not feeling at all. Everyone is looking at me with pity eyes and I hate it
"Bell I don't want to go" he looked at me with understanding eyes but there wasn't anything he could say. I was going to leave, I was going to marry the commander, I was going to have to spend the rest of my life with her. I guess I'll try to be positive no point in making things worse by drooping about it.
I smiled at Bell who was still looking at me with those eyes
"It's okay Bell, I don't know if you noticed but my future wife is pretty hot" I said with a wink
"Already got the hots for your wife?" Raven said walking in with Octavia, Monty and Jasper. After that we talked about a whole bunch of things we laughed and teased like everything was right in the world. Next thing I knew we were loading my things into some carriages
"I'm not going to miss you because I'll visit so much we'll hardly be apart" Bell said as he gave me a hug
"Stop hogging her up" Raven said as she pushed him aside, "here's a radio I'll always have mine on, you need anything you just call okay?"
"Okay" she hugged me with what seemed as tight as she could then Octavia came saying she'd beat anyone's ass who messed with me then Monty and Jasper who seemed like they were going to cry.
"Everything's ready" Anya said from behind. I nodded my head walked towards the horse next to the commander she hadn't said a word. Trying not to show my struggle I mounted the horse
"Commander" I said with a head nod she looked over at me like she hadn't  noticed me before
"Call me Lexa" she said we caught each other's eyes and for a minuet I thought I saw sadness in her's. Who new maybe the big bad wolf isn't so bad after all.
