I remember it like it was yesterday. It was freshman year and Liberty High had just lost a baseball game for the first time that season. You beat yourself up for it so much. I clung to you like a koala that day just so I could tell you it wasn't your fault every time you said it was. I wish I got to spend more time with you when I got back. I miss you so much, it hurts.

I remember the day I got my heart broken sophomore year and while Monty went to beat the shit out of him, you held me while I cried. You didn't say anything and just let me cry. And that's all I really needed. You know, I still hope that you'll call me one day and say it was a prank but I went to your funeral today. And boy did I wish you were still here to hold me and let me cry. But if you were here, I wouldn't be crying. I'd be smiling.
