chapter- 12

Lisa's P.O.V

I was at my mom's room cleaning the blood stains that were on the walls. Mom was at the bathroom changing her blood stained clothes. The blood on the walls still looked so fresh. I looked at the cracked walls and began to clean the walls. I have never believed in ghosts or spirits nor I will in future but today's incident has left me confused. How did I came to the river and what happened to Ray's eyes? I looked at mom who just came out from her bathroom wearing clean clothes. "Mom, I want to ask you something " I said . "I will talk with you later, I am in no mood to talk " saying this she went from her room.
After few minutes when I have almost cleaned the walls suddenly I heard mom's shriek coming from the living room. I hurriedly went there and to my shock there was Ray lying unconscious on the floor. " Ray wake up "shouted mom pushing him but he lay motionless. Dad rushed to his room to take his phone and called the doctor. We took Ray to his room (which is mine too). He still was motionless, I looked at him and stroked his hair gently.

After one hour

"He is perfectly fine now , he just fainted due to tiredness " said Mr Lancer, the local doctor in the town.

"When he will wake up ?" asked dad looking worried and a spark of jealousy went to my body. Dad seemed to be so concerned about Ray but if I would be in his place, would he show the same concern? I highly doubt it. "Lisa! Shouted dad interrupting my thoughts. I jumped at once. "I am speaking to you " he said in a harsh tone . "Look, doctor has given some medicines for Ray and it is your duty to give him those medicines " and glared at mom. " Your mom is quite busy with herself nowadays " "I am not " she shouted. "I always look after my children , it is you who don't take care about them " saying this she went out from the room. Dad sighed and looked at me and without saying anything he too went away from the room.

After dinner we all went to our rooms and I looked at Ray and pushed him slowly but he didn't opened his eyes. I moved to my bed and closed my eyes but I couldn't sleep because I keep thinking that my parents only love my brother and not me. Tears came to my eyes and I slowly went to sleep.

That night I had a very strange dream , I was sitting on a swing of some house's terrace and then Tina came, Ray's dead girlfriend. She looked extremely sad and worried. "Hey !" I said grinning at her. "Hey " Tina said slowly . A sad smile came to her face which broke me inside and I didn't know why. "Lisa, you should move out of this house, they are after you especially Ray "
I gave her a confused look. "Who are after us? " "Clara and her family " said Tina and began to fade. "Tina, where you are going?" "Please stay " I shouted. " They are not letting me, they are very powerful " "go from this mansion " and then she vanished. I stared blanky . " Amy nice to meet you again " an icy voice came from behind. I looked back and to my horror there was a girl wearing a gown which was covered with blood , her eyes pure white and her face was full of blood and scars. I shouted and stood from the swing and began to run downstaris but she grabbed my throat, clunging it tightly, my body begged for oxygen. " leave me "I said trying to remove her hands from my throat. "Amy I will kill you" she shouted and threw me to the ground if I was a pillow. I moaned , my full body ached and I slowly went to darkness.
When I woke up, to my relief it was all a dream a really bad dream but then I realised I was at the terrace! I looked back and there was the swing where I was sitting on my dream. How did I came here? Was I not sleeping on my bed? Then someone grabbed my shoulder . I jumped . "Relax it's me " said Ray and shouted "she is in the terrace " His eyes grew big when he saw my neck. "What is this? " he whispered and touched my neck. I shrieked due to pain when he touched my neck. "Scars " said Ray looking worried and then mom and dad came looking bewildered. "What happened to your neck ?"cried mom and hugged me. Soon they took me to the room. I still had no idea how I came here and what happened to my neck?

"I can't believe Ray, your sister was sleepwalking "said dad while I looked at myself at the mirror. There were nail marks all over my neck and it had swelled a lot while mom put ointment on my neck carefully. "Lisa, how could you do this to yourself in your sleep! said mom. "She was sleepwalking, I woke up at 3 a.m. and saw Lisa going out from her room and when I tried to stop her she pushed me so hard that I fainted again."said Ray. "I was at my bed "I muttered. "But Ray people don't push each Other in sleepwalking " said dad looking at me. "Maybe she was in her dream "said Ray. I nooded in agreement. "But Lisa nevers sleep walks "said mom. "May be I was tired like Ray "I muttered. My dad looked at mom and they went away from the room. There was a ocean of questions in my head. Amy? Why did she called me Amy? She is Clara that Tina was talking about but one thing I was sure it was not a dream. I looked at myself in the mirror felling sad to see my marks and then Ray came towards the mirror and looked at it closely. There was a fear in his face and without saying anything he opened our cupward and took a blanket and began to cover the mirror. "What are you doing? " I said. He looked at me looking scared "can't you see the mirror is cracking and blood is coming out from there ?"
