The Rose Mansion

chapter- 18

Lisa pov

When I woke up I found that I was at my room and everything around the room looked new and shiny. I glanced at the walls then my eyes shifted to a lady who was wearing a red backless gown standing in front of the large mirror showing her back. I couldn't see her face.

Then a little boy entered and it was Daniel!

"Aunt Amy" he said happily. " How I am looking? "

Then the lady turned and my jaw dropped, the lady looked just like me!

Her eyes, ears, nose, hair and lips were just like me. It seems she was a copy of me except her figure was mature and lady like.

The lady smiled and carried Daniel and went out of the room. I followed them. They were heading downstairs.
I blinked my eyes and cannot believe what I saw.

That simple room where we had one sofa, dining table and a tv was no more instead there were hundreds of people gathered wearing expensive gowns and suits. They all smiled at Amy and Daniel as both waved their hands towards people cheerfully as if they were huge celebritys. Everyone began to clap loudly even some men were whistling.

Then Amy raised up her hand and everyone became silent.

" I am so happy that you all had always  supported  me to become world's most famous singer and actress "

Everyone clapped and paused.

"I would liked to thank my dearest  brother , who always supported me in times of my failures and successes "

She glanced around the room.

"He is not here! "  someone shouted.

"Mark "  she spoke giving a small smile.
Then she spoke something to Daniel's ear and he nodded and went away.

" he is just coming " she said and continued with her speech.  My eyes were glued towards Daniel as he went upwards, I decided to follow him.

I was now 100 percent sure now that I was invisible because no one bothered me to ask who I was .

Daniel stood in front of a door and began to knock it.

But the door remained closed.
He knocked again,  this time  more forcefully.

"Open the door,  It's me daddy! "  shouted Daniel.
After few seconds the door opened.
I gasped.

It was clara lying on the floor her face full of blood  and there was a tall man standing next to her,  his hands full of blood and he was holding a huge knife.

Daniel shrieked so loudly causing me to cover my ears and the next thing that I had never imagined the man came towards Daniel and slashed his throat,  his blood falling on my face.

I screamed and went downstairs.

To my horror,  the people  who were dressed so beautifully for the party were now covered with blood and scars all over their bodies.

They were slowly  coming towards me  and I  realized I was not invisible to them anymore.

I ran upstairs and went to a room and locked it. I was breathing heavily and my heart was pounding loudly.

"You cannot escape "  said a voice .

I shivered , my hands were sweating profusely. Something warm liquid fell on my face,  I put my hands on it and it was blood.

I looked above, my body shaking. 

It was Amy , sitting  on the wall like a spider and her face tw
isted vigorously.

Her face was  full of blood and  her large teeth were too was covered with blood.

I screamed loudly and fell on the floor.

The worst part was that Amy looked just like me and her apperance was  too scary for me.

It felt that I was scared of myself.

I couldn't take it any more and began to cry.

No one's going to help me and now I will die.  Suddenly  whole room caught fire by itself  and Amy began to howl  like a wolf but I was silent,  my tears covering my vision and soon everything went dark.

Epilogue

Lisa p.o.v

I felt like I was floating on the air and I was very happy for no reason and then a huge ray of light caught my eye

I opened my eyes and found myself on the hospital bed.  Next to me was the doctor who was smiling at me and there was Ryan and a lady standing next to me probably his mom because she looked just like him. They both smiled at each other and then at me.

I blinked at them.

"It's okay Lisa,  everything is fine now" whispered Ryan softly.

"Why I am here? " I asked.

"Where are my brother and my parents? "

They were silent and the silence was bothering me.

"They are no more dear " said the lady slowly.

"What! " I shouted tears falling from my eyes. I lost my family especially my brother Ray who was so closed to me.

"Where are we now,  are we in this same town ?"  I  said. The thought of living in this town made me sick.

"No,  we left it , the rose mansion caught fire and it's fire burned the whole town " said Ryan.

I was shocked." Then how did we survive ?" I asked.

Ryan smiled and came near to me and kissed my cheek.  " you will soon know it , now you must sleep "

"Finally the curse is over " said his mom happily.

"I don't think so " said Ryan sternly.

So this is the end of my book The rose mansion but it will continue in the next book that will come soon as there are many questions unanswered.  And you will find their answers in the next part of this book.
