The woman growled at him and vanished into thin air. The boy looked at me kindly " Don't worry aunt Amy, she won't hurt you, I am always there for you " and kissed my left cheek. His lips were so cold as it felt like some one was rubbing ice on my cheek. I blinked at him and within a second he too disappeared in to thin air. Gosh! What was that? I shook my head slowly and went to my room.

Ray

After school I went to my house and found Lisa watching a horror movie .
I was shocked and mom was there too cutting vegetables there.
How could Lisa watch ghost movie at this situation ? Oh I forget that mom is watching too, maybe she forced Lisa to watch it. My thoughts were interrupted when Lisa spoke " come and sit with us " I rolled her eyes at her but she didnt gave any expression much to my surprise . I sat next to her and began to watch the movie . In that movie a man was slashing a woman's face. She cried loudly and began to face us. I frowned and looked at Lisa, she was still looking at the screen and mom was still cutting the vegetables. I looked at the screen again, this time she was laughing and then Lisa began to laugh loudly and mom threw the plate where those cutted vegetables were kept and began to laugh hysterically. " what's the matter? "
" what's so funny?" "YOU! " the girl on the screen spoke. I jumped from the sofa and looked at them. " what happened? " Lisa said as her eyes went pitch black and suddenly mom slapped me on my face and I fell to the ground. Her eyes were pitch black too. She took out her kinfe and began to stab me on my legs repeatedly.
" Stop it! " I shouted as I cried. The pain was unbearable as I tried to crawl away from them and then Lisa put slashed my left arm. "Awaaasaaaaaaa " I cried, tears began to fall from my eyes. Lisa was smiling at me. " what do you think your sister loves you? " she said and gave an evil laugh. " never! She was always jealous of your relationship with your father " " she never loved you! " and began to laugh loudly. " no, you are lying" I shouted. " your mom never loved you too " said mom ." Oh, Shut up! why you have possessed them ?"
They began to laugh loudly. " Ray nobody loves you " " why don't you kill yourself and join us, you would be quite happier here " said mom. " "shut up! " I shouted angrily. I looked at Lisa who was smiling at me . " who are you ?" " why you are doing this " I said slowly and rubbed my eyes. My face had gone wet with tears and it is second time I had cried like this. The first time I cried when Tina died , their words were too painful to hear but I know they are just lying. I jumped when Lisa spoke

I was at my room looking at the newspapers carefully that were kept in the drawers of my wardrobe. I have noticed them but now I am fully determined to know about this rose mansion. I looked at one of the newspapers . The date was 1716 ; Tuesday
There were huge headlines

The famous general Duke slashed his wife face' s and killed his six year old son!

Omg! I mumbled and read the following

General Duke killed his wife and son in a fit of anger when he found an illicit affair going between her wife with the cook' s son
He had slashed his wife's face mercilessly and stabbed his son on the stomach.

I gasped after reading this. How could someone be so merciless ? Why did he killed his son? I then looked at the other newspaper. It was dated 1716, Wednesday

My eyes went wide as I read this article.

Any one who tries to escape from this town commites suicide!

"What the hell?!" I shouted. I couldn't believe what I was reading and this is all true?

I ran towards my mom's room and found that she was slashing her wrists and arms. " Mom!, what are you doing? I shouted and and grabbed
her arm but it was of no use. She pushed me towards the wall. " Don't do this? " I cried. " what happened Lisa " said mom who just came out from the bathroom. My jaw dropped and I looked at the woman ( who I thought was my mom) . "Mom " I screamed and hugged her and began to cry. "What is the matter honey " she said wrapping her arms around me tightly . I lifted my head and spoke " mom, this house is not good, it is haunted! " " no Lisa, you are just tired " said mom. " no mom, It's not I have the proof " I said and went to my room to grab the newspapers but I looked for them they were no where to be seen. " Lisa " shouted my mom from downstairs and I immediately went there and to my horror Ray was lying there in a pool of blood.
