A Fresh Start Ruined

I sat at a bench with Tori next to me. She was explaining everything going on in Heartland, then pauses. I look and see her face kind of saddened.
"Hey, what's wrong, Tori?"
"Well, you remind me of someone. But I can't quite remember." She then waves her hand. "I'll probably remember later." She smiles after.
After a while, it was almost dark. I followed her to her house, just to make sure she got home safely. After turning around to leave, I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn and see Tori with a look of confusion.
"Aren't you going to stay? If I'm right, since you aren't from around here, you need to find someplace to stay?"
I simply look at her and smile.
"I'll be fine. Thanks for the offer, though." Just as I was leaving again, I hear another woman's voice.
"Well, I wouldn't mind you staying with us. We have plenty of room for guests, after all."
I turn and see a woman in what appeared to be her late 20's to early 30's.
"I appreciate your off, miss, but I don't want to intrude on you and your sister."
After I say this, Tori face palms as her 'sister' simply smiles with stars in her eyes. I am then grabbed by the hand of the older woman and pulled into the house. After a while, I realized I just complimented Tori's mother.
"Well, I never expected Tori to bring home a boy who would compliment my youth!" she says, practically dancing around in the kitchen. Tori simply sighs, then looks at me.
"Just ignore her. She's always like that when someone mistakes her age. She's actually 42." she whispered. Before we even sat down, explosions are heard outside, then screams.
I hope it's not Academia...
However, my fears were right on the money. Just as I was about to tell Tori to go upstairs, a hole is blown into the wall of her house. Outside stood an Ancient Gear Soldier, aiming its cannon arm right at Tori. I quickly took out a silver duel disk, and activated the blade on it, creating a yellow energy blade.
"I call upon your assistance, Number 39: Utopia!"
Once I place the card on my disk, a light shines bright. Even the Ancient Gear Soldier shielded it's head to block the light. Once the light dies down, my Ace monster stands in front of Tori. Tori looks at Utopia in awe. I simply stare at the opposing monster and it's controller.
"Utopia, let's give them a party crashing​ present. Rising Sun Slash!"
At the command, Utopia grabs his sword on his left side, then slashes at the Ancient Gear monster, bisecting it in two, which initiated an explosion. The controller, who wore a yellow duel academy blazer, was blown back. Before he hit the ground, though, a light encases him, transporting him back to, my guess, the Fusion Dimension. Before I could relax, I hear a scream from the kitchen. I realize someone managed to get in during the confusion in the living room.
"Mom!?" Tori yells, about to check on her.
"Tori, wait!" I reach out for her, but was too late. She opened the door and a bright purple light shines, causing Tori to vanish. I stood there, shocked. I then heard chuckling, and a young man wearing a mask with a green gem on its forehead appears from the kitchen, holding two cards with both Tori and her mother on each one.
"I guess you were their friend? Sorry, but you prey cannot escape us Obelisk Force. Even that low level duelist you took out wasn't even worth bringing."
I look down, fists clenched. The Obelisk Force member didn't even know he was in for a brutal beating. However, he thought I was crying.
"Ho? Did I hurt your feelings? Don't worry, you can join them in a little bit. I just want to beat you down first." he says, activating his duel disk.
I then look at him, with my gaze, I swear he was thinking it could kill.
"You are going to be the one getting the beating, Fusion Dimension scumbag." I then activate my duel disk again, a white aura surrounding me.
"Prepare for your judgement, Obelisk Force!"
