Judged(PDH Boys x Reader)

~Dante's Brother~

     When I got back to school the next Monday, my duty as Alpha Female couldn't have been anymore fun, I got many of the werewolves to "act better" towards humans-who I normally did not care for. I spread word around about "Werewolves being called boastful" and many werewolves retreated from bragging of our kind. This caused us werewolves and the humans to get into less fights, therefore meaning that we wouldn't be known as the bad students of the school.....
    If only Balto wasn't there to ruin my work...... Balto encouraged more fighting with humans, and even provoked some of the Meif'wa Sabers. Not only that, but he got closer and closer to me everyday, and one day, he even asked me out. He understood that the Alpha Werewolves being a couple, would make him have more power, but did not realize I thought of this. I knew of his plans and kept denying him, while he kept trying to persuade me. Eventually I was so bothered that I was at the point that I would've said yes if this hadn't happened earlier...
    For the few weeks that had passed before Balto asked me out, I grew my friendship with many people, including Zane, Dante, Kawaii~Chan, and Katelyn. Dante was always a bit flirty, telling me pick-up lines from this "book" he and Travis made... but I never expected what he would ask me next.

       "Hi Dante!" I exclaimed as he walked towards my locker and I. "N/N...um...I wanted to ask you something..." Dante looked nervous beyond relief and had a look on his face that I knew from Travis meant that they were gathering up the courage to do something...was he asking me out? 'No, no. He couldn't.' I thought confusingly, 'He likes Nicole...doesn't he? At least I know she likes him. And I couldn't do that to her...' At that moment, Dante spoke under his breath saying, "W-will you...go out with me?" He blushed, waiting for my reaction and answer. I stood there in shock, probably looking like one of those cats afraid of cucumbers.
     Finally I spoke, "Of-of... course!" His face lit up like fireworks on Independence Day and he picked me up and hugged me, quickly putting me down after-since he was kinda scrawny. I was extremely nervous to do anything, but we looked at each other and grabbed each other's hands, walking down the hall to show that neither werewolves nor humans were better. This ought to have taught me something.
     
        "Hey, Travis!" Dante exclaimed, saying Travis's name in the most cheerful way possible. "Hi Dante! Did you do it yet?" Travis said, whispering the last part. Dante lifted our hands up to signal our relationship. Nicole Von Ronsenburg glared at me, her auburn-hair making her stand out from everyone near us, Kawaii~Chan fangirl screamed, yelling, "KAWAII~CHAN SHIPS IT!", while Sophie and Travis yelled, "WOO!" Everyone else clapped...even Zane silently did so, though I swore he was secretly jealous. I put my head slightly down in response to Nicole's feisty glare, but Dante lifted my chin up. We both smiled.
    For once, people saw me for more than the Alpha Female, or a pretty/bright face. But...... I'm pretty sure Balto was caught off by surprise when he heard I was dating a human. Probably far from happy.....

        "Alpha! Balto isn't happy with Dante! He said he wants to get revenge!" Daniel and Rylan came running to tell me after the last bell of the day rang. "What?!?" I asked, knowing very well why Balto wasn't happy with Dante, but still choosing to pretend not to. Dante stood right next to me, eyes-wide and mouth completely straight, seemingly scared. "Where is this 'Balto'?!?" Dante said, as though he wasn't afraid at all. "Show me where he is so that I can actually fight him, because getting revenge isn't the same as actually fighting."
         "DANTE NO!" I screeched, "YOU DON'T KNOW HOW POWERFUL BALTO REALLY IS!" I grabbed his arm, Dante trying to get through to find the Alpha Male. Daniel and Rylan shook, promising to have brought Dante to Balto by the end of the day. Then, everyone in that hall stopped and turned, everything went completely silent. I looked around for the reasonings of what had just happened, and saw that Balto was walking from right of the hall towards us... But that wasn't the terrifying part... Balto had half of the entire werewolf pack following close behind him, Blaze and Dottie trying to stop him. Dante froze, his eyes even wider than ever, and his mouth agape in shock.
          "Hey Alpha. Is this...Dante?" Balto asked us, everyone in the hallway seemed scared for him. For Dante. For my new boyfriend. Who might aswell say goodbye to life as he knew it. "Hi...Balto. Um...yes, this is Dante...my human boyfriend..." I shook in place. I was scared that he would notice that I didn't call him Alpha as well. I was scared that Dante would be hurt in the end. I was scared that I wouldn't be able to get out of this. But instead, Balto smiled and shook Dante's hand. Dante had a confused expression on his face, as Balto walked off. Everyone watched, thinking that he would suddenly turn around, and do something... But he didn't. Balto didn't do anything... "Are we missing something here?" Dante asked. Everyone shrugged, Dottie and Blaze standing next to us, mouths agape in shock that he didn't do anything. Then I realized. We all realized. "Took you guys long enough to realize..."
           A boy stood there, with black hair and the same colored eyes as Dante. A Shadow Knight. "Gene!" Dante yelled and sprang forward to hug his older brother. "Dante!" Gene responded. "Balto was pretty angry at you for stealing his 'Destined Mate', but I made sure he didn't get to you...I had to promise something in return, but don't worry about it." I stared at Gene. Everyone always told me to stay away from the Shadow Knights, to ignore anything they say to you. But I trusted him...for Dante.
          By then, everyone had moved on, murmuring as they passed us to go home and get out of the school-it was a friday after all. And Gene had a proper moment with Dante. Dottie and Blaze explained to me how scared they were, but I told them to never worry about me. I told them that it was my job to protect them. They understood...thankfully. But what did Gene promise to the Alpha Male?

         I'm sorry, this was a terrible chapter. All my chapters are terrible 😂 But, this is part of a bigger point of the story.
