*3 days later*
Waking up to the sound of the annoying birds chirping, I sat up on my bed and streached. I looked outside where the main light source to this room was and yawned. I stood up from the bed and walked to the balcony attached to the room. Looking down at the townspeople of Egypt, it wasn't like this a few days ago. Today, the people were looking gloomy and tired unlike usual, obviously from the lack of food. I sighed, remembering what that fool did. I wondered if he was always a heartless bastard that only cared about himself? And what about me? What do I mean to him? If I didn't do what I did, I don't know if I could live with myself. And then he has the nerve to tell me what I was doing was worng?! He's just confusing in genral. Now, since I've got a handful of people fed, I need to feed a whole city of people. Walking away from the balcony, I went up to my newly installed wardrobe with clothes in them that Mark gave me to 'spoil' me. I picked out a lose, purple tang top and lose, grey sweatpants since I know I'll be running up and down Egypt. Putting on my slippers, I ran downstairs to see Phil eating breakfast by himself.
"Hey dude." I said. He looked back at me and smiled.
"What are you up today?" He asked.
"A lil sumthing sumthing. Wanna help?" He used his robe to wipe his mouth.
"Sure." He got up, put his plate in the sink and went back to his room to change. Three minutes later, he was back in something more comfortable.
"Ok," I grabbed a notepad and pencil. "The goal for today is to attempt to feed all of Egypt."
"Explain, please."
"So, I was planning to give the people baskets of food that could last them breakfast, lunch and dinner. So that means, running back and forth, with heavy baskets in our hands. You up for that?"
"Hit me." He smirked.
"Great." We then went to the garden house to see lots and lost of crops growing. Enough to last one person three years and enough to last one family two days. "Ok, three of each crop." Phil nodded and started to fill up two baskets at a time. By the time ten minutes were up both me and Phil filled up six baskets each. We took the baskets and placed them near the gate of the castle. Before delivering anything, Phil and I wrapped a headscarf around our head and then placed one of the baskets on our heads and head the other one in our left hand. "Come on." I said and we went off, giving baskets of food to the people. First, we started off with a elderly woman who lived closer to the castle. Leaving the basket on the doorstep, we knocked on the door, then left to go drop off the other basket. We continued this routine untill we reached a certain part of the city.
"You can go do the other house." I told Phil and we went off. I took a deep breath in and knocked on the door.
"Ye-" She stopped her sentence mid way after looking at me in the eyes.
"Hey April." I said.
"Hi (Y/N)." She repiled, sounding surprised.
"Uh, here. I'm doing this thing where I give the townspeople baskets of food because I heard about the lack of crops here." I head out that basket and she grabbed onto it. Well, grabbed onto my hands.
"Thank you (Y/N). Thank you so much." I smiled. "And remember, you're welcomed back anytime." I nodded and stood back so she could close the door. Sighing, I ran back to the castle to grab more baskets. Unfortunately, there was only so much crops that I couldn't give anything to some families that were all the way on the other side of Egypt. And well, all the hard work had me and Phil panting like dogs at the gates of the castle while it was getting dark. It's was around six when we delivered the last basket.
"H-how many baskets did we d-delivered?" Phil questioned with his last breath before falling to the ground.
"Around five h-hundred." I repiled. "Just know we did it f-for the greater g-good." I smiled back to the distance, knowing he was looking at me.
"You know, (Y/N), there's something about you that I can't really place." He said.
"What do you mean?"
"You....you have this passion to do anything and everything till everything is right. And that passion never dies out." He said and his cheeks turned a bright red colour after realizing what just came out if his mouth. "I-Im soooo s-sorry (Y/N)!! I-I didn't m-mean-" I interpreted his blabbering.
"I understand Phil. I know what you're trying to get at." I chuckled. "Come on. Let's go get something to eat." I said, holding out my hand so he could get up. Phil grabbed on, I pulled him up to his feet, and we went into the castle, getting something to eat. Apparently, we found Dan and Amy dancing around while making food. Ignoring them, me and Phil went into the living room, waiting for those fools to finish.
-----30 minutes later-----
Dinner was served and eaten. Only us four were sitting at the table while a certain someone was no where to be seen, which I didn't mind because if he were here, it wouldn't have been as quite as it was now.
"So from ten in the morning to seven in the evening, you were delivering food?" Amy asked before stuffing some noddles in her mouth.
"Yeah. It was a day well spent." I said and chewed on the thick, udon noddles. After finshing my bowl of the spicy Japanese noddles, I placed my bowl in the kitchen before sneaking out of the castle once again, but without Phil. Letting out a big belch, I started to walk down the street, looking up to the sky. It made a beautiful ombre affect, which the colours red, yellow and orange, which remind me of one of my mother's dress that she loved. She would wear it to any special occasion and I would try to wear something that would match which the colours. 'What the hell happened? Where did my family go? Where did the love go? Just, where the hell did I go-' My thoughts were interpreted by me bumping into something, or someone, smaller than me.
"Oh! I'm so sorry." I apologized to the person. Suspiciously, they were wearing all black and had a small duffle bag with them. They looked up to me and it looked like a small boy with two different coloured eyes. One was blue, the other was black.
"No, it my fault. I wasn't looking where I was going." He said and ran off. 'Ok then...' I went back to walking all the way to the group. There was everyone. They invited me to be the judge of their mini dance battle. Assuming that they already started since they weren't facing me, I jumped on Signe's back to see what was going on.
"Hey! What's going on?!" I yelled over the loud music.
"They were just warming up. But now they're starting!" She screamed. In the middle of the circle that a bunch of people made was two people. Female and male. The female was Emilia by a mile and the male was probably a guy from her school. 'Movements' by Pham, also known as Emilia's favourite song, started to play and the boy she was competing with went first. Popping and locking, he finshed his part of the dance with a backfill. Immediately after his feet hit the ground, Emilia started to then dance, instantly earning cheers from the crowd. She basically looked like some next level Missy Elliot.
But then,
Something happened.
Something that no child should go through.
Something that someone who doesn't have a heart,
Who's mind is unstable,
Who's whole life is unstable did.
