Getting to know each other

I'm back!!! Sorry I've not been updating recently but I couldn't think of what to write but I have something now so I'm going to start writing because otherwise I'll forget what the idea was!

Evie's POV:
Dan and Phil leave my room and I start unpacking my bag. I open my wardrobe and hang up my clothes, put my shoes in the bottom and put my underwear and the rest in the chest of draws. I then hide my 'special box' (my razor box) under my bed. Once I had finished unpacking I decided I wanted to change into something a little more comfy. So I put on my grey jogging bottoms, black and white striped baggy t shirt and my mums old cardigan with some grey fluffy socks (see the picture at the top) and went downstairs. I went into the kitchen and made myself a cup of tea then took it into the living room to find Dan and Phil on the sofa scrolling through tumblr. "Hey Evie, have u unpacked everything?" Dan asks "yep, everything is neatly put away!" I said popping the p on the end of yep. "What do u want to do?" Phil says looking up from his laptop "not sure. How about we get to know each other a  bit better?" I suggested. "Sounds like a good idea, how about we do the 7 facts about me game" dan says. "Yes! Evie do u want to go first because u probably know more about us than we do about u." Phil says "okay, 1) I'm a grade 7 gymnast. 2) I have been skating since I was 4. 3) my favourite song is would you be so kind by Dodie Clark. 4) I'm 5ft 4'. number 5) I only really have one friend which is Kate. 6) I used to do ballet. And 7) I still sleep with a teddy, it's a rabbit and his name is bunny, I know very creative!" I say with a giggle and dan and Phil laugh too. Then dan and Phil tell me a bit more about them self. "Who wants dinner?" Dan shouts Phil shouts "me!" But I stay quiet. I don't want to eat anything. "Evie, would u like anything?" Dan asks "I'm not that hungry, thanks dan" he looks at me and says "please Evie, even if u eat a tiny bit it will make me happier" "okay" I sigh "thank u, what do u want? Pizza?" Phil was first to reply with a "yes!!!!!!" And I agreed.

Dan's pov:
She agreed to eat something and I was okay with that so I went to order pizza. When I went back to the living room I asked what Evie wanted to do. " can we watch a film?" She asked "sure, what do u want to watch?" I asked as I sat next to her so she was sandwiched between Phil and I. "My neighbour Totoro?" "Yeah! I love that film" Phil replied. So we sat down and watched that together. After a bit I felt Evie sit up. She went to her room and returned with her fluffy blanket and her comfort toy, which I think she called bunny and she snuggled up to it at the opposite end of the sofa.

Evie's POV:
I went to get my blanket and bunny from my room and started to think. I don't know what dan and phil are. Are they together? Are they just friends? I'll ask them. When I got back into the living room dan smiled at me and I smiled back. I sat down on the opposite side of the sofa to dan and Phil so that it will make talking to them a bit easier." Can I ask u both a question?" I ask "sure fire away" Phil says as he pauses the film and him and dan turn to face me. "What is it sweetie?" Dan asks "erm... well I was just wondering, what are u two? If u don't mind me asking." I ask. Dan and Phil look at each other and smile then they intertwine their fingers together  (a/n  the Dodie reference!!! If u get it then I'll love u forever! 💛💛 k, I'll leave now) " well..." Phil starts "we're a couple but we're not telling the internet just yet but. But maybe soon" dan says finishing Phil sentence. I squeal releasing some of my inner fan girl! "I KNEW IT!!! I KNEW IT!!!" I shouted dan and Phil laughed and I engulfed them in hug. " can I help u make your coming out video? When you're  ready of course" I asked very excitedly "I don't see why not and we could introduce u at the Same time "yes!" I say a big smile growing on my face. Just then the doorbell rings " I'll get it!" Dan says and goes to get the door, he returns carrying two pizzas for him and Phil and a little one for me. I know I won't be able to eat it all but I promised dan that u will eat a little. I manage to eat 1/4 of a slice but I couldn't bring myself to eat the rest I look to dan as if to say "did I eat enough" he nods and says " u've done well, I'm proud of u!" I smile and take my plate to the kitchen, put the rest of the pizza in the bin and wash the plate. I walk back to the living room where dan and Phil have already fined their pizza so I take their plates and take them to wash them up too but just as I get into the kitchen Dan picks me up by the waist and says "what do u think u're doing washing those plates??" I look at him and say " I'm doing what the orphanage told be to do which is the one who eats the least has to wash up so that's what I'm doing" he repays with " Well that was at the orphanage, u're home now and that rule doesn't apply here" I smile and nod " thank u" I say "no problem sweetie" I go back to the living room and sit down under my blanket cuddle bunny and wait for dan so we can start the film again. When he comes back in he sits next to me and I can feel myself begin to get tired. My eyes start to shut and before I know it I had fallen asleep with my head leant on dan's shoulder.

Dan's POV:
I felt Evie lean her head on my shoulder, I look down and see that she had fallen asleep. I smile and nudge Phil. He looks over and smiles to "she's so cute" he whispers and I nod in agreement "I'm going to take her up to her room" k say and pick her up bridal style "I'll come too" Phil says. When we get up stairs I place her on her bed, tuck bunny under her arm and kiss a her on the forehead "goodnight boo" I say and Phil does the same. We leave her room and go back downstairs.

A/n: yay I finally uploaded!!! I would like to know your honest opinion of the book so far and if there is anything u want me to write about in this book. Ok love ya, bye 💛
