A/N just to let you know there will be swearing in this book ok bye!
Evie's POV: I wake up at 6:45 am so I can have a shower before everyone else when the wake up bell goes at 7:00 am. I look over to Kate's (my best and only friend who I met when I came here) side of the room where she is still sleeping and then I realise it's Sunday, adoption day aka the day when I realise that no one wants me. So I pick out an outfit that shows who I am (the outfit above) I make sure to include the only thing I have to remember my mum by, her cardigan that is very over sized on me but I don't care because it was hers. I then make my way across the hallway to the shower. As I get into the shower I look down at my arms and see the scars which reminds me I'm a week clean today!!! I do a little celebratory dance in the shower before I get out, dry off, change etc. Then I make my way back to mine and Kate's room just as the wake up bell rings. I walk in to see Kate waking up and hear a little grumble as she opens her eyes. I walk over to her she stars at me until I decide to break the bad news to her "Kate, it's adoption day so get your lazy ass in that shower before someone beats you to it." She shakes her head and replays with "but it's comfy in my duvet cocoon and plus I won't be adopted anyway" I laugh and start tickling her (she hates being tickled) "I'm up! I'm up!!!!!" She shouts before landing on the floor with a loud thud in a fit of laughter. I walk towards the mirror and start on my make up. I decide to go for a natural look, I put on some foundation, concealer, thin eyeliner, mascara and some lip balm. A little bit like this:

After my makeup I move onto my hair. I pull it into a muddy bun and put a daisy bobble around it (shown in top picture). I look at myself in the mirror 'not too bad' I think to myself 'I could look better but for me this is as good as it gets'. Kate walks in looking beautiful, as always. Then miss. Aaron (A/N I can't remember what I called her whether it was Miss or mrs so I'm guessing) knocks on our door "come in!" Kate and I say at the same time. Miss. Aaron walks in and tells us it's adoption day and to come down for breakfast before the adopters come. I know there's not much point going down for breakfast because I won't eat anything but I go down anyway so that miss. Aaron doesn't suspect anything. Kate and I walk out of our room and make our way down stairs to the table. I grab a glass of water and sit down with Kate who has a yogurt and wait for everyone to finish. Once we've all tidied up everyone makes their way up to their rooms to wait for the adopters.
As we sit down on our beds I decide to watch YouTube to kill time because I know that no one will want me. I put on pinof 7 and Kate comes to join me. "Do think we will be interviewed today?" Kate asks "you might but I know I won't" I reply with a shrug. After 5 minutes I hear the door bell go 'must be the adopters' I thought. "Can Evie Elizabeth Smith and Kate Taylor Jones please come down to the interview room." I hear miss. Aaron say through the tannoy and Kate and I just stared at each other before I said "someone wants to interview us?" She just nodded before we made our way down the stairs.
Kate goes in first whilst I wait on one of the bean bags for five minutes until I see Kate walk out of the room with a massive grin on her face. As I walk in I stop and stare, can this be real?? I see.......
