When Hayley joins dance and becomes National Champion for one of her solos, and Annie signs a record deal and is now on her own TV show, the family comes across an issue. Their dad needs to stay in Maryland for work, and their mom needs to support...
Annie POV "Annie....Annie....it's time to get up!" i feel someone shaking me and look up to see mommy. I sit up and rub my eyes. I check my phone to see that the time is 5:27 am. "I'm gonna go make some breakfast." mommy said. I nodded my head and got out of bed. I brushed my hair, brushed my teeth, changed, grabbed my charger, and put all of those things into an extra suitcase that i had for the things i needed while i was still in Maryland. "Annie, don't forget to grab your grip bag!" mom whispered. "okay" i said with no emotion. I really wasn't excited to be going to LA alone. At least mommy will be there for a few days. And i will get to see JoJo and Jayden, but that's all the positive i can get out of this situation. Rebecca is really cool though. And i will be with her a lot. Maybe it will be okay. except for the fact that i have to spend 12 hours, monday through friday, sometimes weekends, for 7 months, with Hayden Summerall, or Mr.Player as i like to call him. I grabbed my grip bag off of my desk in my room and threw it into the suitcase. Then i grabbed headphones, gum, hair ties, and some sunglasses and put them into my little purse/backpack carry on bag. I rolled my suit case down the stairs and put it, and my carry on, right by the door. "Are you excited Ans?" mom asked as she set a plate of pancakes in front of me. I just shrugged my shoulders and started to eat. "Come on, it won't be that bad. You love Rebecca! And you can hang out with JoJo and Jayden! Oh, this is about Hayden, isn't it?" I looked down. "Not all of it. I really don't want to go alone. And it's for 7 months. I'm gonna have to spend Christmas and New Year's eve there, with no one!" (a/n- remember that in 7 months it is rock your hair, meaning that in this book it is December, but annie's birthday already happened) "Annie stop being like that! Again, you won't be alone! You always say how much you would love to live in LA, this is your chance!" "Ya, but part of living in LA would be all of us living in LA. Where we could be as a family in LA. And Hayley and I could play at the beach and go to the pier and hang out together with you and daddy. Not were im the only one there." I looked down again to see my half eaten pancakes. "Annie, it'll be just fine! I will fly in at least one weekend a month, starting in February. Now hurry up, we have to wake up Hayley and Daddy because we have a plane to catch." --skip to at the airport-- "Bye Hay, im gonna miss you the most." it was already 7, and our take off time was set for 7:10. I hugged her really tightly. I could hear her sniffles and i looked at her. "Don't cry! We can facetime every day! and you can sleep in my room while i'm gone if you want!" she nodded her head and hugged me again. I pulled her close and started to tear up. I really didn't want to get on that 4 hour and 33 minute flight. I wanted to stay here, but that wasn't an option at this point.
Hayden POV "Hayden come on it's time to get up!" I look up to see my dad in the door way. "We have some errands to run today." "Why do i have to go?" i complained. "Because, you'll see. Just come on." I got out of bed and checked my phone. 9:39. I unplugged my phone and got dressed, brushed my teeth, and threw on a hat because i was too lazy to do my hair. I slipped on my shoes and grabbed my phone, then headed down stairs. "We are gonna go to IHOP okay?" i nodded my head and we headed out the door. I still don't get why i had to come with him. Oh well. After breakfast, it was around 11:30. We got in the car and started driving. "Where are we going?" "To the airport." "Why would we go to the airport?" He didn't answer. I looked down at my phone and scrolled through instagram. I went to Annie's account, she still hasn't followed me, and saw she had posted a new picture.
