Kai's POV
I groaned and rolled over in bed while stuffing my face in my oh so lovely pillow. I cuddled into my blanket and heard my bedroom door open. "Go away mom, I'm not hungry..." I heard a chuckle and felt my bed sink.
"Who says I'm your mom?" I turned around and had a faint smile. "Hey there sleepyhead, how you feeling?" Rain smiled.
"Like magical rainbows... How do you think I'm feeling?" I sarcastically replied.
"Well gosh," I heard she mumble as she got off the bed. I quickly grabbed her wrist and pulled her back down onto the bed.
"Nooo, staaayy!!" She rolled her eyes and got off once again, and grabbed a bottle from the bedside table. She also grabbed a spoon and a glass of water. "What are you gonna do?"
"Drink up, you need da med boy!" I quickly shut my mouth and faced away from her. "Kai, please?" she singsang.
"Mm mm," I shook my head.
"Fine, be like that, guess we'll have to do this the hard way," a moment of silence was heard and I turned back around. She jumped and held my arms. "Yo Aimi! Bring in the NyQuil!" Aimi came skipping in and poured the medicine into the spoon.
"Choo choo! You better eat the medicine boy, or else I'll shove it down your throat!"
"She had candy..." Rain shrugged and continued to hold me down.
"EAT THE MEDICINE BOY! YOU GOTTA GET BETTER!" she screamed and tried to feed me the medicine.
"Eat it!"
"No!" I opened my mouth to scream and then Aimi shoved the spoon into my mouth. She grabbed the glass and I drank water.
"There we go! Take this every 4 hours, kay?" I nodded as Rain let go of my hands but was still sitting on me.
"Rain if you don't get off I swear I'm gonna throw up," I chuckled and so did she. Aimi just kept looking between us and then she had a mustache on.
"Oi, Mr. Henry, Ms. Todd, please, there are children here," Rain and I looked at Aimi and she did the same.
"Oi, Ms. Stone, get out." Aimi shook her head and sat down on the floor.
"I am not leaving my precious raindrop here alone with a sick pervert," I glared at her and Rain fell off my bed laughing.
"Pervert? I am not a pervert okay?" I sat up and crossed my arms.
"Aw, Kai, she's just joking..." Rain held her stomach and ended up falling back down again laughing like crazy.
"It's not funny!!!!" I pouted. She got up again and held the bed for support.
"Okay, okay, I'm calm now... Heh, okay. And yes it is funny, my little dopey Kai," she cooed while ruffling my hair.
"Dopey? Do not mess with a sick person!" I coughed. She rolled her eyes and Aimi was meditating with the mustache on...
"Oh me oh me oh me yo Frosted Flakes and Cheerios,"she chanted.
"Alright Kai, I think it's time for you to get some rest," my eyelids felt droopy but I managed to stay awake for a while. "Go on, sleep. Me and Aimi will be downstairs if you need us!"
"Mmm okay, bye Rain, bye psycho freak," I mumbled.
"Good bye sonny! Hope you sleep well!" she mimicked an old man's voice and threw her fist in the air. "Better not dream of my little precious Claudia now!" Rain smacked her on the head and closed the door.
I closed my eyes and went to sleep...
After 5 minutes
I CAN'T SLEEP! I'M HUNGRY! And there's crashing downstairs, what have Rain and Aimi done?!
"RAAAAAIIINNNNN!!!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs..... Ow. She came running in the doorway and looked at me.
"What? Is there a spider? I do not do well with spiders so you're on you're own buddy!"
"No, I'm hungry."
"I'll go make you some soup..." She came back with some chicken noodle soup and I ate the soup.
"There, now go to sleep Kai," I nodded and went to sleep dreaming about soup.
Sorry this was short guys, It's the morning and I'm just really hungry. It's 11:06 am and I haven't ate anything yet... But this is all I have. Happy St. Patrick's Day! *pinch*
