Forever
We're taking our time in walking the longest aisle that I have known. We stopped as we reach our destination and looked what's in front.
"In this place and in this time, I will patiently wait the love of my life to come in front of this altar. We will say our vows in front of the crowd and in front of God. So tomorrow, I want you, my best friend, to witness my new chapter with her." He said.
I nodded but smiled bitterly. The man beside me will forever be my best friend and not his lifetime companion.
