Hi Everyone! Thank you for even looking at this story! So many times things that have the word catholic on them are an immediate turn off for people so thank you for being open minded. Let's face it, the world is a tough place to be a young catholic now days. The thing is though, Catholicism is one of the biggest religions in the world and yet we get some of the most hate. Religion is a touchy subject for a lot of people but the mission to evangelize is still a big part of our faith and people often tell us to shut up. While this stinks, being raised Catholic is still a great way to be raised so people should leave us alone and let us be happy!
I'm fifteen years old and the oldest of seven kids in a Catholic family living in a little township in Northern Indiana. My parents send us to our parish's Catholic school for preschool through 5th grade, we do online homeschool for 6th, and then we go to an Ecumenical Christian school for 7th through senior year. That's where I go to school now. While growing up, I've noticed some weird and different things that it seems like only kids with strict Catholic upbringings will understand. To some these things will be relatable, others will say "what the heck is this?!"
