Hey guys! I am currently so excited! Yay I wrote three chapters, which is a big deal for me since I'm lazy. Again, my writing is not professional and I'm not the expert on writing about romance, but here it is! (Btw, this is a short chapter because I wanted it to focus on one thing specifically...😏 Next one will be longer! Promise!)

Chapter 3:
(Sophie' POV)
I laugh as Dex attempts to break dance on the floor. I was the one who dared him to do that, and after explaining break dancing to all the confused elves, Dex (and Keefe) was very interested on learning how to do so.
Dex huffs in frustration and sits back in his spot between Biana and Fitz. Biana and I are the only ones who keep laughing.
"Hey," Fitz says, glancing up nervously from his trance. "What time is it?" Still chuckling, I take out my imparter and check the time. Immediately my eyes widen.
"Seven-fifty four pm." Right after I said the time, all elves scrambled up from their sitting areas. It was a school night, and none of us started our homework. Only Keefe seemed to not care.
"I guess you guys have to leave now." Biana says quietly, dusting off her uniform after standing up from the floor. We all mumble yeahs before everyone started heading towards the door.
"Bye guys! This was fun!"
"See you tomorrow!"
"Thanks for inviting us Biana! Bye!"
I watched as everyone went out the door and said their goodbyes. I stayed behind because my dorm was literally the door across Biana's, and I wanted to thank her personally. But other than Biana, Keefe was still in the room.
No surprise there, he's never in a rush to do homework.
I pretend that Keefes not there and turn to Biana, who's still holding the door. "Biana, don't worry. Soon after midterms we will get to spend more time together with everyone." I say as Biana looks at me. A grin slowly replaces her glum face.
"Thanks for coming Sophie. I didn't realize how much I needed this." She leans in for a hug and I hug her back. We soon jump away from each other after someone clears their throat loudly.
"I guess I should get going too." Keefe says, looking anywhere except where I was.
He looked nervous. Keefe, nervous? What's going on?
I decide to talk to him after I say goodbye once more to Biana. After Keefe and I exit and Biana closes her dorm door, Keefe grabs my arm.
"Sophie, we need to talk."
I stiffen at his use of my first name.
--------------------------
I switch on the lights to my dormitory, and sit on my bed. I was fine with Keefe entering my dorm, because I was planning to talk to him after saying bye to Biana anyways. I wanted to know why he was acting weird, like he was nervous or something.
I look up from my sitting spot at Keefe, who was standing in front of me. My heart flutters when I meet his eyes, but then I quickly look away, not forgetting that he was an Empath.
"What's wrong?" I say softly, my gaze slowly lifting up until I make contact with his eyes again. I silently squeak when Keefe grabs both of my hands and pulls me up besides him.
Still holdings hands, he says, "The only thing that's wrong is that you don't know how I feel." Confused, I stare longer into his eyes until I realize how close his face was to mine. Blushing like crazy I whisper back at him.
"What do you mean?" Keefe gulps.
This is so unlike him.
"I mean that..." Keefe stops for a moment, then continues on, squeezing my hands in the process. "I l-like you Sophie. No," he shakes his head while I find myself holding my breath. Finally, Keefe quietly continues. "I... love you."
After those words came out of Keefe's mouth, I stood still, shocked. A handful of emotions hit me, and I only got to identify one. Affection.
I do love him. I really do.
Keefe must of read my emotions because then a smile broke out on his face. Still, I said it out loud to make things more official. "I feel the same way."
And I never would have guessed what was about the happen next. Keefe pulled me closer and gently put his lips against mine. I stiffened for one second, but then decided to kiss him back. Keefe slowly wrapped his arms around me, while I kept my hands on his chest. His lips were soft, and the way he held me was sweet. I never wanted to let go.
After about what seemed an eternity but actually was only a couple seconds, I gently pulled away from Keefe. He was now smiling widely and I found myself doing the same. "Soo... what does this mean now?" he asks, raising his eyebrows. I blush, thinking about how close we still are, and how cute he looks.
"What do you want it to mean?" I ask giggling.
Seriously, what is wrong with me?!
"I want it to mean that we're dating. I want it to mean that the rumors are true." he says softly, stroking my hair.
"They are true, Keefe." And with that, Keefe smirks and hugs me tight.
"I'm so glad you feel the same way Sophie." He pulls away, and I immediately miss his arms around me.
"As much as I don't want to leave, I have to go. Lots of homework, ya know? See you tomorrow Soph." Keefe says after we arrive at the door. I open it for him.
"See you."
"Oh and Sophie?
"What?"
"I love you."He winks at me before leaving me in the doorway, alone. Then I replay what happened. So it is true. I not only have feelings for Fitz, but Keefe too. But Fitz never acknowledged me. Only Keefe. I felt dazed after what had happened in just a matter of minutes.
I close the door after getting out of my daze and scurry to my desk, where I take out my elvin history textbooks to start my homework. My mind only strayed to Keefe, and I smile widely.
Wow, I finally have a boyfriend. Never thought that it would be Keefe though... Then I thought back to the kiss. The one action that has changed me completely, that warmed my heart.
I'm glad he did that...It just felt... so right.
