First I don't own gravity falls. Alex hirsch does. This is just my fanfic of it. Only thing I claim about this is the story plot ry plot. And I don't own any pictures I use or any video/song I use for my story. I'm just using them because they fit my image of what's happening.

Dipper was wearing a red shirt and boxers. He was brushing his teeth and preparing to go to bed when he heard a knock at the door. It had begun to rain around 7. He walked down to the door and opened it to see Pacifica. She was soaking wet from the rain. And her make up was running down her face. But dipper knew that wasn't because of the rain. She had been crying.

"Are you ok?" Dipper asked. She looked up at him. Her eyes were red and puffy. Then she pulled him into a hug and started sobbing on his shoulder.

"You left the house without telling me!" Preston said. He slapped Pacifica across her face. She fell to the floor. "I bet you were with that little bastard dipper pines. Weren't you!" Preston said angrily. He grabbed her by shirt and picked her back up. "You little bitch!" He slapped her again.

"Stop!" Priscilla said. She grabbed his hand and pulled. Preston dropped Pacifica and preceded to beat his wife. "Run Pacifica!" She yelled in between punches. Pacifica looked at her mother horrified. Then ran up the stairs and into her room. She quickly locked the door. Preston began pounding on the door.

"Open this door right this instant!" He bellowed. He continued to pound on the door. Pacifica began crying while holding her knees to her chest and hiding behind the bed. Suddenly Pacifica heard a crash then a thud.

"Pacifica?" Priscilla called. Pacifica slowly opened the door to find her mother standing over her father. Her father was on the ground face down with broken pieces of a chair around him. In Priscilla's hand was the broken back of a chair. "We can't stay here anymore. Get your stuff together and then we're gonna leave." She said. She looked at her daughter. "Do you trust anyone to keep you safe?" She asked Pacifica. Pacifica nodded still crying.

"I have someone... in mind." She said in between sniffles. Pacifica then began to gather her stuff. She gathered all her favorite teddy bears to keep her company (including sir hugs-a-lot), some clothes (nothing too fancy), a pair of shoes, her make up, and filled her purse with as much cash as she could adding up to around several thousand dollars (all hundreds and twenties). It started to rain while she was packing up. Then with that she put everything into a black Tahoe that her mother bought just for this kind of situation. Her father had no idea that they had it and knew nothing about it. Only problem was to keep him from knowing about it they had to keep it off the property. Which meant they had to go it into the rain. So some of her stuff was a little wet. When she and her mother put everything in the car and got in they were both soaking wet from the rain. With that Pacifica directed her mother to the mystery shack. Pacifica knocked on the door. The door was opened by dipper. He was wearing a red shirt and boxers.

"Are you ok?" He asked. When he said that. She couldn't hold it in anymore and started sobbing on his shoulder. After a while she stopped and her mom joined her.

"Dipper. I need a place to stay for a while. Can I stay here please." She asked while looking down.

"Sure. You can take my room for now. But why do you need a place to stay?" Dipper asked confused. Pacifica told him the circumstances. Dipper went to great uncle ford since it was his house.

"Hey great uncle ford? You in here?" Dipper asked in the basement.

"Yeah I'm down here." He answered.

"Hey. Do you know who Pacifica northwest is?" Dipper asked.

"Yes. Why?" He asked. Dipper than explained what Pacifica told him. "Sure. She can stay here." After that he helped her bring in her stuff and put it in his room for the moment. Pacifica said goodbye to her mother who was leaving for her parents house. Pacifica was staying behind to finish her last year of high school. Then dipper took Pacifica to his room. As dipper led Pacifica up to his room Mabel saw her enter dippers room. When Pacifica closed the door Mabel came out.

"What is Pacifica doing here?" Mabel said accusingly while also whispering. Dipper grabbed Mabel and went into her room. Then explained to her what happened. "So? Can't she go somewhere else like some 5 star hotel?" Mabel said glaring at the wall separating dippers and Mabel's rooms.

"No! She hiding from her dad and trusts us. Well more like me." Dipper said looking off to the side away from Mabel. "To make sure she's safe. Why don't you trust her?" Dipper asked.

"Because I think it's strange that she starts a feud then she's the one calling for a 'truce'." Mabel said using finger quotes on truce.

"Geez Mabel. You sound like a kid making up a dumb excuse so you don't have to say the real reason. Grow up Mabel." Dipper said. With that he left Mabel's room and knocked on his room. Pacifica opened the door. She had cleaned herself up and changed into a big pink shirt that went down to right above her knees like a nightgown. "You gonna be ok in here for tonight?" Dipper asked.

"Yeah. I just feel a little guilty that I'm kicking you out of your bed." She said while blushing and looking at her feet.

"Don't worry. I sleep on the couch a lot anyways. I usually fall asleep watching TV." Dipper said. He smiled and Pacifica laughed a little.

"Thanks again." She said. She hugged dipper and over her shoulder he saw so hugs-a-lot.

"You brought him too?" Dipper said with a laugh. Pacifica pushed away and looked at what he was laughing at them turned bright red.

"Shut up." She said and pushed him back a little. Dipper chuckled.

"Well good night Pacifica." Dipper said. With that he went downstairs and flipped the TV on while Pacifica went to sleep on dippers bed.
